We always deal with Jack. When we drop Appa off and when we pick him up. Jack always answers our questions. Appa is well taken cared of. We trust our furbaby with Forever
Wow! Fur-Ever Friends has been the best experience for Doggie Daycare and Boarding. Jarvis and Julian our Airedale terriers, are always excited to arrive and never wants to leave! They sent photos of our fur babies while we were on vacation. They spend all day playing with their friends and are so exhausted from…
Thank you Furever Friends! My Miso girl just loves her staycations and I love the complimentary bath you give Miso before I pick her up.
We are those crazy dog parents. Our golden doodle is spoiled rotten! She had been attending another doggie daycare but things have gotten weird at the other place. Found out about Furever Friends from a friend and decided to give them a try. They happen to be in the same spot another doggie daycare was years…
I can't say enough wonderful things about Furever Friends! Leaving my girls in someone else's care is never easy, especially with one of them being a senior, but knowing they were in good hands gave me such peace of mind. It's clear that the people at Furever Friends genuinely love and care about animals. Having a…
Furever Friends is hands-down the BEST dog boarding experience we’ve ever had. They took incredible care of my pup over the holidays, and I couldn’t have asked for more. The staff is exceptional—professional, warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can see and feel how much they genuinely…
Staff is incredible, always super friendly and happy to see my pup. Have always been accommodating. My dog loves coming here!
I have no worries when I drop off my dog to them. She is so excited when we get there and cant wait to play with all the other dogs!
In the beginning, my twins weren't very social with people and especially with any and all other dogs. However, after the very first daycare day they already did well being around and having to be in close proximity to other dogs. Furever Friends took pictures to show us proof that yeah, they were playing with the…
The first time I used Furever Friends was on a bit of a short notice, but staff were great, they helped make the timeline work. I have a dog that can be reactive with strangers and there was going to be a house full of people, including the first visit to Oahu for my new grandbaby! I was amazed that she sailed…
I needed last minute boarding for my dog who can be reactive with strangers. But after an initial evaluation and two days of daycare, she was cleared to board, and so far, everything has been above expectations. I received updates and photos, and she even made a few new friends. She did so much better than I was…
My furbaby, Arabiki loves Furever Friends Play and Stay. Arabiki has been to day care and boarding for many years. He has followed Wendy and her crew from Sand Island to 2 different places in Mapunapuna. His favorite humans are Colin and Shania! Arabiki has made some life-long fur friends here. We have…
My dog really liked staying here and the staff is really great and they will send you some photos of your dog while you are away.
We boarded our dog and cat in April for a week. My dog became reactive. She was dirty ( we paid extra for spa. We didn’t get). They charged us for medication administration when we didn’t have any. No refunds. They never contacted us with pictures. They were scared and lonely. I will never take them there…
Our dog Coco is always happy to arrive. We are impressed with the staff and excited to get pictures of our girl while she's there. The pictures let us know she's ok and making friends with the other dogs. The location is also great when having to catch a flight.
This was my first time putting my Ginger in boarding overnight and I was nervous as all get out! But my experience was nothing short of amazing. They sent pictures and f her and even gave an update on how she was doing half way through! They’re also so nice and welcoming. Every time I’ve come in, there is someone…
They were absolutely amazing and took exceptional care of Blue. The staff is trustworthy, professional, friendly, and genuinely loving toward her. They consistently go above and beyond to make me feel confident and comfortable every time I check her in for a staycation. I love my Blue to death, and it brings me so…
Our 9 year old dog has been going to Furever Friends for a few years. We are very comfortable leaving her there during our trips to the mainland. The online booking system is easy to use and we always hear back within 1 day to confirm her reservation. During our family trips, Furever Friends sends a reassuring…
I cannot say enough good things about Furever Friends! My furbaby, MK, stayed with them for 10 days, and it was clear she had an absolute blast. Leaving your dog behind is never easy, but the staff made the entire experience stress-free. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish. They kept me updated…
We have boarded our dog here every time we travel, and we’ve always had a great experience. Our dog is a large breed and highly anxious, so finding a place we trust is incredibly important. I really appreciate their open boarding concept, which I believe helps keep her engaged and distracted while we’re away. The…
They take the best care of our dog. He’s very nervous around other dogs due to a previous rescue we had, so isn’t very social. But they welcome him every time and keep him with the humans and give him lots of attention. We always keep him with Furever Friends. Outstanding service that we rely on multiple times a year for quick trips and long va actions.
My pup gets so excited to go! The team is really kind and takes care of my dog during short and long stays. They’re very responsive to my requests and check ins.
Easy drop off and pickup Was so glad to know our dog was picked up healthy, clean, excited. Not being shy or scared meant time was enjoyable. Communication with staff on status and pics in account profile let us see how he was playing June 2026
I recently boarded my pocket pitbull, Nalu, at Furever Friends for about a week. At 3 years old, it was his very first time at any boarding facility or daycare, and I couldn't be happier with how it went. From the start, the team went above and beyond to make Nalu feel comfortable and at ease. Their attention to…
Finding a place you fully trust with your dog is priceless, and this team has been exactly that for us. The moment we arrive, my pup is already excited to run in without even looking back, which says everything. It’s clear how much love, attention, and genuine care the staff give him every stay. Knowing he’s happy,…
Furever Friends took care of our little frenchie, Mochi, when we went on a family trip for 10 days. The staff is wonderful and caring. They sent us photos of our mochi and updates on her stay. This made us feel at ease knowing that our fur baby was in good hands. Mochi enjoyed playing with all her new friends. I…

Furever Friends Is An Awesome Place To Leave Your Pet Either For Daycare Or When You Go On Vacation, The Staff Is All So Good With Enzo And He Loves To Go There!!!
Update 10 Apr 2026 After my last review, the staff reached out to inform me they do indeed take pictures and can post them at no extra charge to the Gallery on my Furever Friends account. We've used Furever Friends twice since and both times the crew posted pics every couple days. Such a nice service and it puts me…
I am so happy with the service at Furever Friends. They are always friendly and quick to respond if you have a question. My dog recently spent a week there and they sent me photos of him with his new friends. I will definitely go to them first in the future if I need doggie daycare or long term boarding. Highly recommend!
Great hospitality. Takes good care and quick feedbacks! Was scared at first but my baby did well with the staffs. Staffs are very welcoming and loving and caring.
Furever Friends always takes good care of our Sandy when we board her during our Vacations. Love the updates with pictures that they upload through their portal.
I take my 12 year Old English Bulldog Lola to FF whenever I travel or if I have things to do, day care. She is always tired & happy when I pick her up. Love the complimentary doggy spa when I book her 5 days or more. Staff is always friendly & courteous which I appreciate!
I recently;y went home to the mainland to visit my father and left my Lab/GSP mix, Brady with Furever Friends. We've also gone there for regular daycare and grooming. Brady always has a wonderful time and is well-cared for. They even posted photos while I was away, so that I could check on him . I will definitely continue using their services.
#MisterWilliamBeagle LOVES every minute he spends at Furever Friends. He’s brand new to living in the city so it is important to me that he has a chance to play with other dogs and burn off his puppy energy. I live in Chinatown and work near Pearl Harbor and pick-up/drop-off at Furever Friends couldn’t be easier -…

The people working at this daycare are really loved by the animals. My dog cannot wait to go there. The workers really loveTheAnimals too.
We loved our experience at Furever Friends! They sent pictures of our dogs, which gave peace of mind, while we were anxious about leaving them. The best part is they schedule in a bath for them before you pick them up, so convenient and smart!
Best animal boarding place in town. My dog is always taken great care of. I get updates from the staff during his stay and have no worries when I'm on vacation. He also gets a bath the day I pick him up so it's a plus returning from a long trip. Friendly staff who care about animals. Thank you all.

In the last year Mimi been to Furever Friends several times. She's so smart that now when I ask her "Do you want to go to Furever Friends" her eyes focuses on me and jumps on me saysing "yes, when...". It's so interesting what Mimi can learn.
Highly recommend. I’ve never boarded my dog for 13 days before and decided to try Furever Friends who was recommended to me by a friend. I’m glad I did because they made things very easy and the process was smooth. I also got picture updates during her stay. Thank you to the staff for a great experience!
Booked Sassy into Furever Friends Play and Stay for 3 weeks over the xmas period. We got regular photos of her and it looked like she had an absolute ball. She loves everyone there and gets so excited to go
We want to send a huge thank you to Furever Friends for boarding our huskies during New Year’s. Fireworks are always a scary time for them, and it gave us real peace of mind knowing they were safe, comfortable, and cared for. We truly appreciate you! 🐾💛
Awesome place for our furkid! She's loves going to daycare and boarding. The staff is friendly and takes excellent care of her. Definitely would recommend to other pawrents!
My pup’s had a blast at Furever Friends three times now! Normally, new places stress her out and she’d hide under the bed at home, but after daycare here? She’s all wags and cuddles, totally herself. I love getting detailed play-by-plays of her day—how she bonded with her pup pals and staff. Big thanks to the team for making her feel so happy and safe!
Akela stayed over the thanksgiving weekend as we had an off island funeral to attend. On her 2nd day there she had an unforeseen medical condition that needed immediate surgery. Wendy rushed her to veterinarian emergency care and called us every step of the way. Wendy went back after emergency surgery was completed…
They took great care of our dog! Friendly and attentive, they have earned our trust.
Love this place! Our young high energy Lab just had his first ever boarding experience here. Staff were super friendly and informative, and took great care of our pup. Loved the pics they sent while we were away and returned him fully bathed. Our pup clearly loved his time there. We plan on continuing to use for…
This was my first boarding experience so of course I had many questions and concerns. However, the dedicated staff at Furever Friends answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns that I had. Their procedures were very structured to ensure that my dog was up to date with the required vaccinations and…
Kula and Willie had fun during “fall break”, and came home fresh from a bath! It was their first time boarding and have enjoyed daycare as well.
Thank you to Furever Friends for taking care of our brat, Pongo! I’m sure he received lots of love and tummy rubs while he stayed with you all. They even offered a complimentary bath during his stay so he came home fresh and clean! He slept GOOD when he went home! Thank you! ❤️🐶
