Aloha: FUSE Hawaii serviced and diagnosed one of our split air A/C units. Our service request was honored the very next day, which was unexpected. Alternative options were provided as a part of the diagnosis. Denis, the technician, was very cordial, was technically knowledgable, and took the necessary time to…
I could make an appointment to service immediatly, was happy and relieved to have one technician to service Fusitsu AC Split, Samsung & LG Applience. Elisei was on time and knew all these applience very well. I highly recommend this company and the technician. Now I know whom to call when these service needed.
My AC had stopped working and as a night shift worker this is just not okay. We were able to get an appointment within a couple days. Denis was very professional and punctual. He was able to determine what was wrong and gave options on fixing the problem. Admittedly it was pricier than expected but not having to…
Denis from Fuse Hawaii did a great job cleaning my split AC system! Will call them again in the future
Dennis provided ac cleaning service for my condo unit. He was professional and courteous from beginning to end. Explained the process and expectations to ensure things were carried out with proper expectations.
The techician (Dennis) was excellent. Able to get to the crux of the deficiencies and able to make the best of the existing situation which far exceeded my expectations.
Great experience with fuse Hawaii, Dennis was on time, super quick, friendly, and able to explain any questions I had about my AC units. 100% recommend them!

Dennis did an amazing job! The high price was totally worth it! Peace of mind that my AC will be running spectacular
Fuse has again provided excellent service. Tymofii showed up on time was very professional, kept me informed on everything he was identifying and causing issues with my A/C. Jake did an excellent job and took his time!
This review is long overdue. I meant to do it after the first time I used Fuse. This was my second time using Fuse for my Samsung split AC unit. The first time was late last year when my wife was about to give birth and there was no cold air. I called Fuse to come by for repair and was expecting them to just…
Johann & Oleg were terrific. I would call them again, if I have problems in the future with my air conditioning.
As the owner of a dance studio, when my AC went down, I called no less than 8 techs before choosing FUSE. Regretfully, I wish I had chosen them sooner. This is a TOP NOTCH repair that stands by everything they do. They investigate issues thoroughly and give you peace of mind. If I were you, I'd look at their…
Great experience with Fuse. I had annual maintenance performed on my central AC, as well as repair for a leaking pipe. Yevhen was great!
Reliable, Fast and Kind
FuseHI performed a deep clean on one of my Split A/C Wall Units on 23 May 25. They did an excellent job. Their care to protect furniture and any surrounding wall/floor area from the cleaning effort was impressive. On time and on budget. As it should be. This is our second excellent experience with FuseHI in the…
These guys did a fantastic job. I used to use CLK cleaning but they wouldn't call me back after 2 weeks of leaving messages. Fuse Hawaii called me immediately to schedule my a/c cleaning. The serviceman was 30 minutes early, very professional and courteous. Deep cleaned my split unit. Everything took about 90…
