We were extremely satisfied with Fuse HAVAC. The technician, Denis, cleaned our 2 inside acs thoroughly and also the 2 outdoor condenser units. I would highly recommend this company. We will call them for our next cleaning.

I had annual maintenance performed on my split ductless AC system (one outdoor unit and four indoor units) by Fuse Hawai’i LLC, and Denis did an excellent job. Professional and quick service! Denis M. made a same day visit and fixed our three AC units. He was knowledgeable and did a wonderful job getting cold air back into our home during a hot day. Would definitely recommend!

The Fuse technician, Tim, was on time, polite and professional. He was doing periodic maintenance, but said both my outdoor units were so clean, they didn't need maintenance. He had Fuse adjust the billing accordingly. I appreciate that kind of integrity.
Tech was knowledgeable and quick with the repair of our A/c system. Customer service was quick to get us on the schedule and promptly notified us when text was en-route.
DO NOT USE We got a brand new unit from this company 1.5 years ago. It has broken twice now, regardless of the fact that we have gotten it serviced per their recommendations. They don’t return calls and are very rude when you do get ahold of them.
