Beautiful restaurant in a historic bank building. Incredible food and service. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back on our next Nashville visit.
We were a party of 4 and showed up an hour early for our reservation, but our server Mark sat us and took great care of us while we waited for 5:00. We had the 3 course dinner with the lobster bisque, prime rib, ceviche, filet with crawfish topper, cheese cake and the creme brulee. Everyhing was very delicious.…
Breakfast Buffet was amazing. Hidden gem at the Hotel connected! Our server was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you for great breakfast.
You never know who you're going to meet here! I was lucky enough to meet the puppeteer of The Muppets and meet one of my childhood heroes!
Great unexpected independent restaurant / bar in the heart of Printers Alley section of Nashville. Architecture and atmosphere is unique and alive. Hat tip to Mike working the bar for adding to the experience. Great meal, great cocktails and stunning Nashville surroundings. Tip: looking for original artists off Broadway this is old school Nashville.

We were a party of 4 and showed up an hour early for our reservation, but our server Mark sat us and took great care of us while we waited for 5:00. Our bartender, Mike, was fantastic — unfortunately management has set him up for failure. We had our togo leftover food with us as we went to sit at the bar. Mike explained we could not have our doggy bag with us… I get it, we shouldn't bring in food from outside and expect to eat it in another restaurant, but seriously, a doggy bag from another restaurant? We can't have it sitting beside us? Management needs to give the staff the authority to use common sense and realize we were not eating outside food within Gannons. We just wanted an after dinner drink. Empower your staff. don't force them to be mindless drones. If you trust your people you might just be surprised. What if we had a bag of food from the grocery store? Or a protein bar??? Had the weather been better I would have left immediately. Had Mike not been as wonderful and friendly saving the situation, I would never return. Again, management, TRUST YOUR STAFF to do the right thing. Allow their great customer service to shine without hamstringing them with arbitrary rules that immediately establish a negative experience. Five stars to Mike. ZERO to the management of Gannon's.
