Great experience very knowledgeable. Very helpful would recommend. Great guy
I wouldn't wish this experience on my enemies! They are extremely high and increase their rates simply because of the business model. We had spent half of a grand and still couldn't used our garage opener like normal. The agent was nice, but the nearly 8k for a new garage is horrendous.
Michael from The Garage Door did amazing! He explained from beginning to end all expectations and corrected all the problems I had from prior company. Thank you Michael !
He did great
New springs were not originally lubricated and thus door did not move smoothly. Jordan lubricated them which fixed. Was within warranty period so no charge. However, original price for work was vastly overpriced for installation of 2 new springs on 2 doors along with new rollers and new braces. Part prices had…

Robert showed up for my tune up of my 6 yr old garage. He was quick to tune up and go over what was still wrong. He was able to get my rollers all swapped out quickly and efficiently. Will call Garage Door Doctor for future garage door issues.
WARNING: DO NOT let them get you to spray product on your garage door for FREE. IT’S A SCAM. Unfortunately, was busy & got caught off guard when someone from their company handed us a flyer & offered to spray what appeared to be WD40 on our garage door. Our garage door did not have an issues prior to them spraying…

I have had the worst experience with this company, and it isn’t funny. On top of that, the technician’s attitude was unacceptable. Below is my experience. While I do see some positive feedback, perhaps I just happened to get the wrong technicians. These people have come out four times as of today to try to fix my…

Mr. Beldin went right to work as soon as he got here. He is extremely professional and cares about the work he does. Very clearly takes his job to heart especially when it comes to his craft and his customers. The price is very reasonable and I am very pleased with the speed of his responce and results. I will call on him for any future needs.
Pleasant and professional personality
Excellent, friendly and professional gents
Alex did a great job. Garage Door Doctors prices are very high compared to two other quotes to replace the springs.
He was super courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. I couldn’t afford work to be done today so just wanted the free estimate I was promised to consider scheduling work to be done later. He did not argue that, but then offered me a very good deal before leaving after quoting, or I would not have been able to…
Hunter was great! He explained everything, found discounts I was entitled to, and cleaned everything up before he left. I will definitely ask for him next time.
