Trevor was polite but when he sensed our wanting to hang up without closing the sale right then, he kept on talking. We don't like, nor more importantly, respond to high pressure salespeople. Aside from the highest price in our 3 attained estimates, he made us feel uncomfortable with his continued rhetoric. We…

He was good at the job. But started turning aggressive and a bit rude when we refused the extra repairs/ replacements he was advising. His behaviour reg this matter was totally unwarranted. Will not be hiring Garage Doctor again, neither will we recommend this company.

Bennett and his team were awesome ! The repairs were done right , and they did everything possible to help us get this repair done. We really appreciate you guys and your speedy assistance. Will definitely recommend to our neighbors !
Bennett was as kind and considerate as he could possibly be. However we were not expecting a $1500.00 garage bill. The home is 3 years old and new to us. We were expecting an adjustment, instead first new springs, replacing the one spring for 2, and then an entire motor change.

He worked quickly, but did not cut corners and was very considerate with his cleanup. It's not as common as one might hope these days to Encounter a skilled and knowledgeable…
The service was great!!!! Totally recommend it
The pricing felt dishonest. Instead of doing a full inspection and laying out costs at the beginning of the consultation, additional costs were added on throughout the process. When we said we weren’t interested in additional costs, he told us we would need to sign a liability waiver nullifying the warranty. I would not recommend this company.
Excellent service, good customer service
Very professional, knowledgeable and fast.
Jackson arrived on time, and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly found the issue, explained the problem, and repaired the problem

Great consultation
Very professional and great service all the way around. Jorge did a great job explaining things in details
Good job
Great experience very knowledgeable. Very helpful would recommend. Great guy
I wouldn't wish this experience on my enemies! They are extremely high and increase their rates simply because of the business model. We had spent half of a grand and still couldn't used our garage opener like normal. The agent was nice, but the nearly 8k for a new garage is horrendous.

Prices are almost double what they should be. The customer rep is not even in the same state. He mentioned that he…

Alex was very helpful and presented me with options and answered my questions. Eric fixed the existing garage door problem, presented options and help me clear out the garage for tomorrow’s installation. Matt came out the next day and completed the job in about 4 hours.
