Did a great job and their communication skills were great.
Appreciate both Chris and Cesar! Chris with the financial , features and benefits of each package. Worked with my financial constraints . Cesar was wonderful! Explained everything he did and what will change with new door. He also repaired the old system so I would be safe until new door was installed. It was a…

Great. I love experienced people.
I will start by saying that the garage door opener we had installed is working well. It is a good product and the installer worked hard and did a good job installing the new items. Our main complaint is with the price. We felt sick during and after the repair, because we felt we had been taken advantage of. We…
Excellent Service and very knowledgeable!
Nice technicians, but scummy practices. I scheduled a visit to have my garage door looked at. I made it clear in the online booking that I was only looking for a quote at the time. When the technician arrived, he told me he couldn’t even look at anything to determine what was wrong without a $180 deposit. That was…
Processional, kind and informative. Gave me all the options and choices. Listened to what my needs are and the circumstances involved in this incident.
Brandon did a 125-point inspection of my garage doors … He performed the tasks meticulously. He was courteous and arrived on time! Great job!!
Edit: like a totally different business. We recently had our garage door springs go out, and figured we would just call here because we had in the past. However their quote was WAAAYYY over priced and the rep was combative about it despite trying to cancel respectfully. Tech had already removed spring and told my…
Bennett was great. He checked out the door and sprizted the joints which helped my situation greatly. My door is less than 2 years old. He suggested I replace the main spring. He showed me the options and prices. I thought that that was something that was too costly for the door not even being 2 years old. He did…
Isaiah did an outstanding job. Will use again in the future

This is my 3rd time to use Garage Door Doctors. They did not disappoint. They worked me in the same day because I was concerned about safety. My garage was stuck open. Alfredo arrived about 4pm and left at 8pm. My garage door is 19 years old and a minor hit revealed major problems. I strongly recommend their services.
Bennett identified our garage door problem right away and quickly went about fixing it and now the double door goes up easily.

David was a great man and helped out in many ways
I had my garage door opener replaced and the technician Christian was great. He took his time and made sure everything was installed correctly. He didn’t leave until I was satisfied with everything including the cleanup.
Same day repair with quality work.
Great and speedy service!
The service was great!!!! Totally recommend it
The pricing felt dishonest. Instead of doing a full inspection and laying out costs at the beginning of the consultation, additional costs were added on throughout the process. When we said we weren’t interested in additional costs, he told us we would need to sign a liability waiver nullifying the warranty. I would not recommend this company.
I appreciate that Jonathan came back after we couldn’t replicate the problem and stayed until he could. Great customer service.
Excellent service, good customer service
Alex did an awesome job! He was very polite, professional and very thorough! I watched him do the work and he taught me a lot! I would highly recommend Alex! Thank you Garage Door Doctor!

Brandon was a very competent and professional and friendly installer. He did a great job.
They did good work but their prices are INSANE! I got them to come down over 50% which just shows they could have done that initially. They added on a cost mid- work and I didn’t appreciate that either. Pros- they were friendly and speedy.
Good job
Our service man was punctual, polite and so helpful. We were offered various options and different price points and felt very informed when making our Dec. thank you!
Jorge was by far one of the nicest and extremely helpful individual when it came to helping me with my garage. Firstly…Jorge was on his way to my house about 50 minutes away and offered to buy me a Gatorade. Secondly, he discussed the issues on my garage concisely and clarity so I knew what the issues I was facing.…

New springs were not originally lubricated and thus door did not move smoothly. Jordan lubricated them which fixed. Was within warranty period so no charge. However, original price for work was vastly overpriced for installation of 2 new springs on 2 doors along with new rollers and new braces. Part prices had…

Daniel was courteous and efficient.
Second time I’ve used Garage Door Doctor (previous torsion spring replacement) and thoroughly pleased once again. Technician was Chandler - highly recommend! The immediate issue this time was really just a result of the cheap, builder-grade door and inexpensive big-box-store motor I had purchased years ago.…
WARNING: DO NOT let them get you to spray product on your garage door for FREE. IT’S A SCAM. Unfortunately, was busy & got caught off guard when someone from their company handed us a flyer & offered to spray what appeared to be WD40 on our garage door. Our garage door did not have an issues prior to them spraying…
I have a 12 year-old garage door Jeannie system that I replaced with a master system and found out that the coils were broken for some time decided to upgrade and replace both the lift as well as the coils. Andrew did a great job. He was here on time. explained everything I walked through all the options, both…
David did a very good job l give him 5 stars. He is a pro
We likely won't use these guys again. They did fix our garage door but the repair guy was pushing so hard to try to sell us a new garage door. It felt so pushy! The new door was going to be $5,000+ but they were able to repair our current door for only $500! Why would we spend $5,000 for a new garage door when our…
Alfredo was fantastic. He promptly repaired my garage door and provided me with all the available options.
Very professional. Helpful. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Pretty thorough with his 29 point inspection
We called Garage Door Doctor about a month ago due to our garage door not closing. They came out and charged us a few thousand dollars to replace several parts. Very knowledgeable and polite...I advised him of hmy situation...he addressed all my problems with solutions...fixed everything! I rarely consider purchasing a warranty program but I did do today...outstanding young technician...thank you
The technician came out and inspected the garage door and opener to find the problem. He quickly fixed the issue and then inspected the other doors for any issues.
Nick was very professional and patient describing the options open to me for my new garage doors. He was also helpful in discussing the best price for me. Thank you!
Service and communication was great. The price of replacing a spring in a 2-car garage was not. After forcing a warranty on me, the full price of the spring replacement was $1,500. That is 3X the going rate including labor. Crazy prices. The kind you don’t wish on anyone.
I had Garage Door Doctors come out to replace a broken spring. While they did complete the repair, the experience was frustrating. After addressing the spring, the technician strongly pushed additional repairs, insisting that my rollers and motor were “about to go out.” The spring replacement alone was already very…
Have been a customer for 30 years when Vince was making calls. The only service I have used since being a homeowner in 1988!
Chace did a great job of inspecting and educating me on the mechanics of our garage door system.
Chandler was very polite and helpful, it was a pleasure to work with him
Robert was great, and efficient. The price, however, was FAR. HIGHER than expectations...though that appeared beyond the technician's control. I made the purchase because I had a stuck garage door, and limited alternatives.
Super nice tech. Knows his job.
Thank you, Dane! Our garage door is working great and we are so happy to have a keypad that actually works. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything to me. You were equal parts patient and knowledgeable. You rock!

My son had his break and they were there in no time to fix it, even had doors on their truck which thank God because his was…

I have had the worst experience with this company, and it isn’t funny. On top of that, the technician’s attitude was unacceptable. Below is my experience. While I do see some positive feedback, perhaps I just happened to get the wrong technicians. These people have come out four times as of today to try to fix my…
Understood my garage door problem, recommended and completed immediate issue for safety reasons. Explained options for new door. Excellent service
