Scott proved to be very knowledgeable about garage door maintenance spotting the problem immediately. He returned The very next day and fix the problem within 15 minutes. He was also very friendly.

Scott came out and reprogrammed my opener, and he was very quick and easy to work with,

Scott was efficient and respectful. He listened to my explanation and immediately fixed the problem. Great job!! And thank you.

My keypad wasn’t working and I called around 12:30 PM and by 3 o’clock. Scott arrived and replaced the battery. Quick and efficient. I’ve had one other service call and the response was also quick. Satisfied customer. I recommend this garage door service.

Replaced both garage doors due to aging. Tomas and his coworker were timely, professional, communicated due the process, and very knowledgeable!

I'm so thankful that Rob was able to fit me in so quickly. He fixed my garage door in no time. I highly recommend the Garage Door Store.

Great job. Super nice tech. Would definitely recommend them.

Kevin and Rob addressed my questions and helped me make decisions on the details of replacing three doors and motors. Mitch, Collin and Tom joined Rob for the work and it came out excellent! They seemed to be a happy bunch. I received notifications to verify the work schedule too. The doors and motors are much better than I expected, and I have no regrets.

Can I say ABOVE ABD BEYOND service! Wow - Rod is beyond amazing. I can’t recommend these guys enough! 🎉

What amazing service! I can see now why all the other reviews were so outstanding. I emailed for help yesterday, and received a response at 4:20 am this morning. By 3:00 pm, Brent was here to save the day. Fixed the spring, set up our keyless code, and even helped us with a phone app to ensure our door was closed… Read full review

The Garage Door Store - Boise replaced the springs on my garage door after one broke. Their pricing was the best out of many companies I had give me a bid. In at least one case it was about 2.5 times cheaper. They did not try to sell me things that I didn’t need. Mitch, the installer was friendly and knowledgeable,… Read full review

Great work. Reasonable price

I don’t think we’ll ever use a different garage door company. Our garage door quit on us on a Thursday night at 5:00pm. By 10:00am the next morning, Collin had already replaced our entire system and had us up and running. The cost was less than I expected too. There likely isn’t a better company in town. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Great timely service…fixed my problem at a terrific price!

Called and they came in under 2 hours!!

From the initial call to discuss and schedule an appointment to the repair service by Scott, this was a great experience with Garage Door Store Boise. The price was excellent as well. I will use them in the future and would highly suggest them.

Once again they went above and beyond. They beat everyone else's price and the service was awesome! They are the only company I will call.

We use these guys for new overhead commercial doors and for all of our maintenance and repairs ,this place is great. They respond quickly and their prices are reasonable when you need an emergency fix. This is the place to call.

Very prompt service after calling for my broken door, very professional and knowledgeable service techs

So grateful for same day service. The tech was quick & efficient and completed everything to get me back up and running properly

Changing my review. I contacted my property managers regarding a faulty and Janky garage door. The motor was almost completely out. So I submitted a work order. (I’ve rented from places before and never been treated this way). The company threatened me that if it was a simple fix I would be on the hook. So they… Read full review

The Garage Door Store is a VERY good business—knowledgeable, helpful and quick to respond. We’ve used them more than once and have always been completely happy with their work. We heartily recommend them.

Received same day service to have an older double door garage door opener replaced. The job was quoted installed and paid for within a 6 hour window. Fast and efficient. The two man team worked hand in hand as one removed the old unit the other set up the new. Price was reasonable as a flat fee for product and installation.

On time, careful, and professional work — highly recommend them.

impressive service, efficiently addressed all suspected issues, ALL FINISHED !!!

Came out quickly. Fixed my garage door springs at a fair price. Punctual and polite. Responsive.

Excellent service and fair prices. They were professional, answered all my questions. Willing to give me options for my needs (some companies told me what I could get, period). Installation took less time than I expected. Installer was very helpful and instructive with the new opener. Would recommend.

After painting our garage doors, the paint was sticking to rubber on doors as they were trying to go up and down. Your serviceman rubbed oil on the rubber removing the paint. Problem quickly fixed. The doors no longer stick and pop going up and down.

I cannot recommend enough Garage Door Store in Boise. I called them on Tuesday late afternoon, and Scott the technician came out the following day to replace our opener.
