Scott proved to be very knowledgeable about garage door maintenance spotting the problem immediately. He returned The very next day and fix the problem within 15 minutes. He was also very friendly.

Scott came out and reprogrammed my opener, and he was very quick and easy to work with,

My keypad wasn’t working and I called around 12:30 PM and by 3 o’clock. Scott arrived and replaced the battery. Quick and efficient. I’ve had one other service call and the response was also quick. Satisfied customer. I recommend this garage door service.

Kevin and Rob addressed my questions and helped me make decisions on the details of replacing three doors and motors. Mitch, Collin and Tom joined Rob for the work and it came out excellent! They seemed to be a happy bunch. I received notifications to verify the work schedule too. The doors and motors are much better than I expected, and I have no regrets.

Great work. Reasonable price

I don’t think we’ll ever use a different garage door company. Our garage door quit on us on a Thursday night at 5:00pm. By 10:00am the next morning, Collin had already replaced our entire system and had us up and running. The cost was less than I expected too. There likely isn’t a better company in town. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

From the initial call to discuss and schedule an appointment to the repair service by Scott, this was a great experience with Garage Door Store Boise. The price was excellent as well. I will use them in the future and would highly suggest them.

Once again they went above and beyond. They beat everyone else's price and the service was awesome! They are the only company I will call.

Update 6/2026: Had an issue with the keypad and they fixed it w/in 30 minutes. Excellent. Highly recommend them. They always do excellent work and stand behind their repairs and maintenance. We have been with them over 10 yrs and never been disappointed with their work!

Received same day service to have an older double door garage door opener replaced. The job was quoted installed and paid for within a 6 hour window. Fast and efficient. The two man team worked hand in hand as one removed the old unit the other set up the new. Price was reasonable as a flat fee for product and installation.

After painting our garage doors, the paint was sticking to rubber on doors as they were trying to go up and down. Your serviceman rubbed oil on the rubber removing the paint. Problem quickly fixed. The doors no longer stick and pop going up and down.

They were so nice. Come to find out bugs or spiders trip my g. F. I in my garage didn't understand it was hooked to my garage doors. He walked me through it on the phone !! so kind and he didn't even have to come out. I will always call they first..Thank you Kevin
