Scott was efficient and respectful. He listened to my explanation and immediately fixed the problem. Great job!! And thank you.
Garage Door Store is drowning in five-star reviews and here is another one! After running into a few bumps with other companies, we went searching for a reliable overhead door company. We were upfront about our needs as a commercial property management company with numerous overhead doors and ongoing maintenance…
We highly recommend Garage Door Store Boise. From our first meeting to obtain quotes, the gentleman was straight forward, no upselling- just informative and honest. Pricing was easy to understand and lower than other quotes we received. We are very happy with the work and new look/upgrade to our home. They did a great job! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent job! They fixed the garage same day. Very reasonable and honest. Will use them again!
Awesome response and quick resolution for a broken spring. Thank you!
As always - great service from folks who know what they’re doing
5 start rating. Kevin and his team are fantastic. Very responsive, prompt, great customer service, professional. They did an awesome job installing new garage doors for us!
The whole experience went without a hitch. We had an issue with our single stall garage door sticking. Rob came out the next day and did a thorough inspection and presented us with a few options. At no point did I feel like I was being pressured or upsold. We decided on an option and were given a detailed estimate.…
Replaced both garage doors due to aging. Tomas and his coworker were timely, professional, communicated due the process, and very knowledgeable!
Awesome guys…….quick response…..fixed my problem within 1-1/2 hours after I called….we used them before…..can’t go wrong!
Kevin and Rob addressed my questions and helped me make decisions on the details of replacing three doors and motors. Mitch, Collin and Tom joined Rob for the work and it came out excellent! They seemed to be a happy bunch. I received notifications to verify the work schedule too. The doors and motors are much better than I expected, and I have no regrets.
Can I say ABOVE ABD BEYOND service! Wow - Rod is beyond amazing. I can’t recommend these guys enough! 🎉
What amazing service! I can see now why all the other reviews were so outstanding. I emailed for help yesterday, and received a response at 4:20 am this morning. By 3:00 pm, Brent was here to save the day. Fixed the spring, set up our keyless code, and even helped us with a phone app to ensure our door was closed…
Very knowledgeable young man new what he was doing. Thanks You so much
They came in the time period they said they would. Colin was a pleasant person. Highly recommend.
I don’t think we’ll ever use a different garage door company. Our garage door quit on us on a Thursday night at 5:00pm. By 10:00am the next morning, Collin had already replaced our entire system and had us up and running. The cost was less than I expected too. There likely isn’t a better company in town. Can’t recommend these guys enough.
Outstanding service!! Thank you!! Collin is a rock star!!!
Great timely service…fixed my problem at a terrific price!
Rob Tharp did an excellent job. He was on-time and cleaned up afterwards. This may sound like standard actions, but it is not so with some contractors. He explained what the real situation was. He explained my options. He did not pressure a certain path of action but left it to me to decide. I will call him again if…
They were professional, much earlier than predicted and the cost for their services was way less than expected. Definitely worth the call and we will be using them again when the need arises.
Exceptional service! The team at Garage Door Store Boise works very well and fast. They did a fantastic job installing an insulation kit on my garage door and perfectly balancing the springs. What I appreciated most was their honesty—while other companies tried to sell me expensive new springs I didn’t need, they…
Great Service provider. Came within 24 hours, arrived ontime, made repairs, very nice repairman too. Many thanks!!

Came within an hour notice, quickly repaired, and great service!
These guys are top shelf. Not only are they competitive but they are friendly and punctual. If they give you a quote they stay by it and do the job right. I highly recommend them.
Excellent service and diagnostic…. Called them after a horrible experience with a warranty vendor and Garage Door Store fixed the problem by replacing the garage door opener and balancing my door!!
Quick, easy, such a nice guy! Price is Right. Highly recommend!:)
Mitch and Tomas were timely, knowledgeable and very personable. Thank you.
Rob explained options without being sellerish.
They have installed garage door openers, tuned up our doors, and repaired broken springs, and we have never had a bad experience. Great company.
Down to earth guys from the phone consult to the actual repair tech. Diagnosed my garage door woes and fixed it promptly. Overall great experience for an inevitable homeowner problem.
