Erwing was the newest service technician to service my sprinkler system. He performed the close out of the system for the winter. He was courteous, punctual and polite. Erwing is a great addition as a service technician. Garden State Irrigation is a reputable company.

The technician Ruben Valle and his helper were friendly and professional and certainly efficient and blowing out the sprinklers at my house. The company is also very professional and when so far as sending an email to open up a map to let me know where the technician was and when he would arrive. Amazing service thank you

I am unable to give a review because I was not present to meet the service tech. I asked the office to have him call me, but did not receive any call. GSI use the internet a lot, tons of automated messages, but the personal contact is missing.

I called Garden State Irrigation in April of 2023. Joel P. is awesome to deal with. He was pleasant and professional and so was the install team. I had a water issue that came up after the install. I called Joel and even though the water issue had nothing to do with the install he helped me find the issue and fixed it.

Technician, Will, does a great job every time he comes to check the equipment out and whether the timing needs to be reconfigured, etc.

This company business is very essential and the best.

William was very professional and explained everything he did. Made suggestions to improve lawn and replaced heads for better coverage. He was great!

Garden State Irrigation and Winterization performed winterization work on my sprinkler system. “Mafia” was good humored, professional and enthusiastic. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. I’ve already got an alert to call them again next year.
