I am unable to give a review because I was not present to meet the service tech. I asked the office to have him call me, but did not receive any call. GSI use the internet a lot, tons of automated messages, but the personal contact is missing.
I called Garden State Irrigation in April of 2023. Joel P. is awesome to deal with. He was pleasant and professional and so was the install team. I had a water issue that came up after the install. I called Joel and even though the water issue had nothing to do with the install he helped me find the issue and fixed it.
Technician, Will, does a great job every time he comes to check the equipment out and whether the timing needs to be reconfigured, etc.
This company business is very essential and the best.

Communicative and efficient
Didn’t install the new irrigation system properly and the result was a lot of dead trees. They have no reasonable service to speak of as it takes 4 weeks for a technician to come out, they don’t return phone calls. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Nick Guerrero was on time and handled all irrigation and lighting repairs and adjustments in a timely and professional manner.
