I typically do not post reviews, but this is one of the rare cases where the performance of an organization so far exceeded expectations that I’m compelled to call it out.
Ben and all the professionals he brought into play during our recent transaction had every one of their processes so streamlined and efficiently linked that there wasn’t the slightest complication in fast-tracking and closing within 3 weeks of contract ratification.
Also, in the process the Garner team saved us from making the costly mistake of purchasing another property that had it not been for their relationships with highly qualified inspectors and contractors would have resulted in our being saddled with a time bomb of plumbing, roofing, and mechanical system nightmares.
It cannot be overemphasized that this is a first-class organization and if there were more than 5 stars one could apply to a review, I would have done so here!

The owner, Mr Garner, is well spoken, professional, and gas a warm feel to him. You can tell he cares, loves helping others, and loves what he does. Once I called he ask my issues, concerns and what i needed and immediately got me in contact with one of his expert agents to assist me in my needs. My agents name is worked with was Mr Justin Fountain. Mr Fountain was well spoken as well, very professional and knowledgeable, patient, a real go getter, non-quit attitude with all positivity, and made me feel like family. He helped my find a diamond in the rough property that over exceeded my expectations and I'm over joyed to be living in this property. Mr Fountain never took no for an answer and went above and beyond for me to help assist me in finding what I was looking for. We had a few stumbles in the beginning but his diligence, patience, and being very meticulous about what my preferences were we eventually found my current property.
