Dave took the time to explain his task and gave pointers on how to properly handle the appliance to prevent damage...such as how to properly grab the handle to open the door. That might be small to some but it ment a lot to me.

Brad was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue. Cleaned the coils and discussed the problem and what I needed to do.
