Dave took the time to explain his task and gave pointers on how to properly handle the appliance to prevent damage...such as how to properly grab the handle to open the door. That might be small to some but it ment a lot to me.

Brad was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue. Cleaned the coils and discussed the problem and what I needed to do. Had an old but reliable GE refrigerator that Skaggs top repairman diagnosed as a worn out freezer fan. Fortunately, Skaggs had the part and David Gray was able to replace not only the fan but also the wiring which had deteriorated with age. I seriously doubt that any other company has his expertise or his commitment…
David was great; he took the time to properly troubleshoot my KitchenAid freezer and eventually diagnosed the correct problem which saved a significant amount of cost. The scheduling staff was also friendly and helpful. I would recommend these guys for any service, but particularly high end kitchen appliances.
David diagnosed the problem quickly. It was simple to fix, but another appliance company was unable to figure it out before I had David from Skaggs Appliance.
