Geiling is the best auto professional in the best area. The work is perfect and their communication is the best. They let you know what is wrong and provide you with the cost up front.
Geiling was recommended to us for its experieneced mechanics and long-time family ownership. Our family has "mature" cars and Geiling helps us determine what's a priority and what can wait. They are competitive in price and work efficiently. Most satisfied!
Great auto and person care! Highly recommend, and as a woman on my own, I was ffearful of the typical nonsence that we have come to expecct. Not with Geiling...They are fair and honest and my car was ready on time and even tho it was basic work done, I felt safe and that quality work was done. Thanks Fellas
They worked hard to get me the best prices on the parts my car needed. And I got my car back tge same day too.
I've been going to Geiling Auto for 3 years now for all of my car servicing! They are professional and very female friendly - something difficult to find in Louisiana. They've always done what's in my best interest without taking advantage of the fact that I'm not knowledgeable about car mechanics. They call before…
I understand why now this shop has such an exceptional rating. Very customer service oriented and honest and want to earn your business.
My brand new battery was mysteriously draining overnight - it did so 3 nights in a row. I had my car towed to Geiling’s, since they were one of the few repair shops with a good rating open on January 2nd. I’m so happy I trusted Geiling to fix the problem - they did not disappointment! They are honest and…
Great service, stand by their work, recommend them to anyone.
Very good experience and friendly service from Rene. I'll use them again if I never need work done while I'm in town.
Solid auto mechanic service in a convenient location in east Metairie. I got an oil change and a tire inspection that turned up an embedded nail, which they repaired. I've been going to Geiling a few years now and find them dependable and reasonably priced.
Great work and prompt, friendly service
Honest, fair, and done right the first time!!!
Nice to find an ethical auto repair shop for my daughter’s car.
They had a busy schedule and didn’t know when they’d get to my car, but they completed the service in two days. Sooner than I expected! I didn’t know the problems, but they determined the thermostat was broken and the solenoids needed replacing. I can’t speak to the prices because I have nothing to compare, but I…
Service was great and fast. Was definitely pleased with everything.
I had taken my car three other places and no one could help me. It took Geiling 15 mins to find and fix the issue. Then they took a few hours to make sure the issue was resolved and fixed. And when the issue was found they gave me the prices for the items and services with or with insurance coverages so there was no…
Such a great place. They take care of their customers. They are honest and dependable. Highly recommend them
I highly recommend Geiling. They are super nice and do an excellent job! Fixed my car after sitting for 2 years. I’ve taken all my cars to Geiling over the years and they have always been honest and fair. Yay Geiling!
Great service, very professional & friendly too!
Took my car to two different mechanics (NTB and meineke) before my situation got critical. My car was squealing for 1 month and getting worse. Meineke checked it out in August and listed 10 things wrong with my car that was NOT pertaining to the noise. I told them screw it and left. Went to NTB a month later with…
Great customer service and professional repair. Thanks.
We have used Geiling Auto Service for ALL our auto repairs on our 3 cars for 10-11 years & would not consider using another repair shop. They are experienced, highly rated, incredibly professional & above all, honest & trustworthy. I don't know how their price measures compared to others because after the first…
Great job and wonderful people and customer service
Had my 2011 Santa Fe a/c checked out. Found a leak and repaired at reasonable price. Very friendly service.
Great service. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. They are very good and therefore are very busy but they squeezed me in and had my car fixed in a day. I do not live in New Orleans but would definitely use this shop regularly if I did.
Performed warranty service promptly and courteously.
Leaving review on behalf of my in-laws. - Call Geiling for efficient auto service. Can’t be beat.
Superior service. Expert mechanics and an ultra smooth operation. Have been coming to Geiling for ten years and am always amazed by their competence and pleasant good neighborliness. Heads and tails above the rest!
Service was very good, and they did exactly what they said. Steve and Rene professional and friendly. Wish I would have know about AAA discount, but they had a sign in window, so it was my fault. Would recommend them to everybody.
Geiling Auto Service has kept our fleet on the road for thirty years. They understand how urgently we need our vehicles repaired and always come through for us. Thanks
Super fast and courteous service. I will be using them for all of my car needs!
