Awesome service on my 96 bronco. Steve and the crew got that old AC working again .
Always informative and friendly. Long time customer
Geiling is the best auto professional in the best area. The work is perfect and their communication is the best. They let you know what is wrong and provide you with the cost up front.
everything done right and done on time
I know my vehicle is in good hands with GEILING!
Great experience from start to finish. I dropped my car off the night before for an oil change and tire rotation, and everything was taken care of the next day without any issues. The process was super easy and convenient, and my car was ready for pickup by early afternoon. Really appreciated how smooth and hassle-free it was—will definitely be back!
Great auto and person care! Highly recommend, and as a woman on my own, I was ffearful of the typical nonsence that we have come to expecct. Not with Geiling...They are fair and honest and my car was ready on time and even tho it was basic work done, I felt safe and that quality work was done. Thanks Fellas
I called if Geiling was OPEN as IDA hurricane had just gone by New Orleans Yes indeed Working with generator and fixing cars outside I thought it was a battery issue NO Honda needed a starter job Excellent
I've been going to Geiling Auto for 3 years now for all of my car servicing! They are professional and very female friendly - something difficult to find in Louisiana. They've always done what's in my best interest without taking advantage of the fact that I'm not knowledgeable about car mechanics. They call before…
I was a AAA customer. The work was done quickly and for a fair price. I'm completely satisfied and will use them again.
My brand new battery was mysteriously draining overnight - it did so 3 nights in a row. I had my car towed to Geiling’s, since they were one of the few repair shops with a good rating open on January 2nd. I’m so happy I trusted Geiling to fix the problem - they did not disappointment! They are honest and…
Great service, stand by their work, recommend them to anyone.
Very good experience and friendly service from Rene. I'll use them again if I never need work done while I'm in town.
Solid auto mechanic service in a convenient location in east Metairie. I got an oil change and a tire inspection that turned up an embedded nail, which they repaired. I've been going to Geiling a few years now and find them dependable and reasonably priced.
Love these guys. Small family business. Most importantly, they are honest!!
Good service and fast.
Such a great place. They take care of their customers. They are honest and dependable. Highly recommend them
After I made it an online appointment I had a follow up call to confirm that all went well with service and courtesy.
I highly recommend Geiling. They are super nice and do an excellent job! Fixed my car after sitting for 2 years. I’ve taken all my cars to Geiling over the years and they have always been honest and fair. Yay Geiling!
Excellent, professional service and friendly staff.
Love Geiling auto. Always had a great experience bringing multiple cars there for oil change or service. Nothing they haven’t been able to fix
The Service was great, very friendly. I would definitely use the company again. I am working in town temporarily and I would definitely recommend this company.
I have max care and I know my car. I’ve been having my car for over a year now and it recently starting acting funny. I especially noticed it when I had just gotten an oil change during the storm I had to get another one. I then bough my car here through max car to help with the issue they told me I needed an oil…
I have used Geiling’s in the past for my Lexus as well as for my Infinity. They have given me excellent service and have always been upfront and honest with me. Their service is exceptional!! They are great about taking your vehicle quickly, providing prompt service and keeping you updated on the status of your…
They have taken incredible care of my 15 year old car. I bring it in with some strange concerns and they always listen and help. Would not go anywhere else plus they are a great nice group of people
My Pontiac Solstice needed a lot of work. The A/C Blower motor died, the check engine light came on, it began to bog down when I gave it gas, and I was very concerned. Worked with Renee there at Geilling and he kept me informed as we went through the process and fixed each piece using my priorities so I could…
Mr Steve and his crew helped me put together a game plan on what needed to be fixed now and what we could fix over time. Very fair pricing.
Superior service. Expert mechanics and an ultra smooth operation. Have been coming to Geiling for ten years and am always amazed by their competence and pleasant good neighborliness. Heads and tails above the rest!
Very professional and reasonable price. Did not push to make unnecessary repairs
I had my exhaust, ABS, and oil changed here.I really appreciated how friendly everyone was. I thought they were going to be very costly but instead they were very reasonable. My car was ready when they told me. I have already recommended Geiling Auto Service to one person and will recommend them to many others. My…
