Really great guys getting the job done and coming quick. They truly wanted to help and offered a lot of solutions for me. My go to now!
We had a frozen drain on a Friday but by the time my husband called Jason late that day, they were booked until Monday. Which we totally understood. But Jason stayed on the phone trouble shooting with my husband and we were able to get it unfrozen ourselves. Todd called Jason to cancel and Jason still was giving…
Excellent Excellent!!! I can't say enough about these guys!!! They came on a Friday Night and were BY FAR cheaper ($300) than everyone else we called. Very professional and respectful. Highly recommend!
Jason was great to work with, sure knows his stuff! Very responsive and timely! Made sure everything was 100%. With past issues that I've had i called other plumbers and they left only to charge me another trip charge when they didn't completely fix the problem to begin with. Jason made sure there would be no reason for a follow up trip! Highly recommend!
Our drains backed up around 7pm and these guys answered their phones and got us scheduled for the next day! They had great communication and awesome customer service! They cleaned up after themselves and even moved our stuff out of the way to make sure it didnt get ruined. 10 /10 would recommend and use again.…
I reached out to Jason for an inspection and quote on very short notice. He was super responsive and figured out a way to make it work and kept me appraised with timely communication. When they arrived, they were professional, did a thorough job, took time to educate me on the pros and cons of different options and…
Great work for a great price. Highly recommend. Didn't leave until he was 100% confident that he fixed the issue!
Aryn came out within a day of me calling Jason to make an appointment. He was available after my work schedule and stayed throughout the evening (on valentine’s day) to ensure my pipe was no longer backing up. Aryn also put cameras down my floor pipes and let me see the inside of my floor pipes which was helpful for…
General Rooter was a great company to work with. Jason was incredibly responsive and got us on the schedule within a couple days of my initial call! They're also at a good price point, I would definitely recommend to anyone!
We had a drain issue on a Saturday and called General Rooter to see if they were available. Jason the owner answered the phone and said he had a big job they were doing about a half hour away and would try to get to us later that day. It got to be around 5pm and I thought for sure they were not going to make it.…
We weren't sure what was was going on with our sink in our newly purchased home. Aryn showed up on a holiday weekend and was so helpful! I will always call general rooter for all of our plumbing needs and I will continue to refer them to everyone we know.
A plumber named Aaron came out to my residence at 8 pm and cleared my drain in less than 30 mins. Fantastic worker, very motivated, and professional.
Great job and very responsive.
We called as our main drain was plugged and causing water to come up the drains. They came out to our house within an hour on a Sunday afternoon. They worked through the plug and got everything working. We were very happy with the service and the price was fair!
Always very prompt always on time. Most importantly, good quality work. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs drain cleaning.
If I could more stars I would!! 5 isn't enough!! Very professional, polite and answered all our questions, gave a few tips/ tricks for future. I can't say enough good things!! Amazing!! Especially appreciate coming out on a Sunday!
Aryn was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly clear our blockage and thoroughly checked everything to ensure we wouldn't have any other issues.
I totally recommend General Rooter! They communicate with you so well. They are so committed to doing their jobs right and efficient! We had a stubborn clogged sink and they took of it very well at a affordable price. Thank you so much General Rooter!!
Technician was willing to come, even after hours since his last job was relatively close to us. Helped us yrouble shoot and connected us to businesses that could do the sewer repair.
I've had a flooding basement and these guys came over fast. I've had tree roots in my sewer drain and for the same price the cleared the blockage and cut out the root balls. They also sent vids of the pipe and offered to look up finances to re line my pipe. I suggest giving them a call if you have problems.
I called at 8 a.m. , the phone was answered on the first or second ring. I described my problem. I was given a time and the name of the principal who was coming. He showed up at the scheduled time, introduced himself and got right to work. He was pleasant and professional. Six hours after I called my problem was…
Very responsive and friendly! We called on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to come out and help us. I tried calling many sewer/drain companies who even advertised 24-7 and nobody answered except for General Rooter of Southern MN. I highly recommend using them!
Jason & Aryn were great! Of course our plugged sewer occured on the weekend, they got here as quickly as possible. Communication before & after the job was great. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them. Kevin W.
Jason and his team were friendly, very responsive, took great care of every detail and treated my property as their own. Throughout the entire project Jason kept me informed while he managed the many details of the work.
The guy was really nice and was able to come over right away. He took time to answer our questions and give us options. Very glad to have our drains running clear again!
General Rooter did a great job cleaning out our washer line and main sewer line. They came exactly when they said they would and called before they left. They were at our residence the day after I called when others said it would be a week for the service. The service technician was courteous and thorough in his work. I would recommend them to anyone!
This guy was Efficient and very knowledgeable on the way to fix problem, he showed us what happened and told us how he was going to get it resolved. He also was on time and cleaned up after fixing problem. Very reputable. I would recommend him to anybody and I already have.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. They answered my call at 8 on a Sunday morning and were the only business out of 10 or so I called that actually answered. They got to my house right away and got to work. They totally saved me and I feel they went above and beyond to help someone who had 6-8 inches of…
We called right away on a Monday morning with sewage backup from a clogged line. They came out the same day and took care of the issue. They jetted the line clean and showed me on the camera all the way out to the main drain under the street. Highly recommend & appreciate their quick help.
We had our basement flood after a storm last week which resulted in 3 inches of standing water in our basement. Come to find out that part of it was from the storms but the water actually started to fill our basement due to sewage drains backing up and causing the basement to flood and have sewage filling the…
Fast response when my floor drain in my basement was backing up. They were here within a couple hours and had the work done within 90 minutes. Very friendly and so easy to work with. All around great value for the work that was done and the price I paid.
