We had a frozen drain on a Friday but by the time my husband called Jason late that day, they were booked until Monday. Which we totally understood. But Jason stayed on the phone trouble shooting with my husband and we were able to get it unfrozen ourselves. Todd called Jason to cancel and Jason still was giving Todd ideas of how to keep the drain from freezing again. The absolute best customer service ever! Then Jason called back later with more ideas for us! Excellent guy and service! Thank you Jason! We will definitely tell everyone about your great service! We super appreciate all of your help!

General rooter is amazing. They came to my house the same day. Video cam to know what the problem is and the best way to fix it. They also work with you with payments. I will always call them again in a heart beat with my plumbing/sewer problems. Especially my kids won't get sick. And when General rooter employees are very nice, understanding, comes ASAP to solve the problem and plus General rooter treats you like family. General rooter calls you to check up on how the plumbing/sewer are still working like they should. Please if you have any sewer or plumbing problems don't forget to call General Rooter of Southern MN they know exactly what their doing. Amazing job. Their a life saver.<3

Fixed my clog then spent time with me going above and beyond to camera my line and explain to me and walk me through what my underlining problem was when they didn’t have to do that for me. Oh and they are very reasonably priced and won’t try to gouge you. Hunt plumbing wanted to charge me 803 dollars for the same job. general rooters final price came out to 240 dollars

Had a floor drain in the basement backing up. They were prompt to respond, Aryn did a great job of taking care of the issue, explaining what he did, and how to help prevent future issues. Was very pleased with the service and the price!
