WORST experience dealing with a remodeling company. We liked the product. Hated the pressure tactics by Dave. I don't agree to any same day quotes and Dave would not take "NO" for an answer. No matter how many times we said it. We had to ask him to leave.

Gabe and Alex, from Genie Bath Systems - Dallas, provided me a quote on a new shower for my primary bathroom today. These guys were great.
[10/20/26 Edit: the sales reps were great. They made direct calls to the owner Mike. They told him about the problem I was trying to resolve, which was mold in my bathroom. I was assured that would be taken care of as a part of the remodel. In order to lower the price to $29,570, Mike agreed to do a no down payment, drop the bath tub replacement, and "allow" me to source my own custom glass. The contract signing was high pressure, price contingent on signing, the financing said I had days to review, Gabe needed me to sign and approve before he left. Tonight 10/20, I had my first chance to print and read the contract in full.
I have been in contact with Genie Bath systems the morning of 10/21. Representatives have offered an addendum to signed contract at no additional cost. More will be revealed.]
