Exceptional service! Our crew, Erikas, Augustas, and Tomas, were friendly, efficient and professional. They placed and assembled all of my furniture even adding pads to the legs in case I wanted to slide it around on my wooden floors. Oh, and our new place is a 4-story walk up, no complaints! Thoughtful and thorough, highly recommend.
Michael, Sean and Killian were amazing! Extremely helpful, efficient and polite. Definitely will be our first choice for moving!
As usual, Gentle Giant is the best moving and storage company hands down. We would not use any other vendor. Full stop.

This team is why it’s worth hiring Gentle Giant - they really go above and beyond and make you feel like partners in a move. At every step they asked how we wanted things packed/moved, were friendly about our last minute packing requests (including an entire closet of evening wear), and made sure we were happy with the process/outcome. In addition, we needed a crane to move some heavy furniture out of a second floor window due to a tight stairwell; Gerry and Steve were fabulous. Super efficient, friendly, and got the job done safely and quickly. All around; I recommend Gentle Giant with no hesitation. Great team and great experience!
