Professional, personable, timely and efficient

Gentle Giant was amazing! They helped make sure I was out of my apartment by the deadline and made sure all my belongings were protected and got to my new place. Communication was great, very friendly, and super efficient!

The team on both ends of the move were excellent and Leo was great and communicating. They were respectful and kind; moving is stressful for everyone and they did a great job of keeping us calm and comfortable.

Great experience moving from a 4th floor walk up Boston apt to a Westford house. Gentle Giant handled the street occupancy permit, Liam, Michael, Austin, and Kevin were fast loading and unloading, and all very professional. Would highly recommend!

The Gentle Giant team did a superb job, arriving on time with a supervisor and two associates. They worked quickly, efficiently and carefully and each knew their job well. This team is amazing, they worked fast and efficiently. They asked insightful questions about how and where things needed to loaded and unloaded. They had a plan and had me done moving in no time. Great communication and very respectful. Couldn’t recommend this company enough. 10/10
