Professional, personable, timely and efficient

Gentle Giant was amazing! They helped make sure I was out of my apartment by the deadline and made sure all my belongings were protected and got to my new place. Communication was great, very friendly, and super efficient!

Great experience moving from a 4th floor walk up Boston apt to a Westford house. Gentle Giant handled the street occupancy permit, Liam, Michael, Austin, and Kevin were fast loading and unloading, and all very professional. Would highly recommend!

The Gentle Giant team did a superb job, arriving on time with a supervisor and two associates. They worked quickly, efficiently and carefully and each knew their job well. Great team of skilled and careful people made it look easy to pack and then use a crane to move a piano down to an urban street while masterfully avoiding tree limbs and utility wires.
