Professional, personable, timely and efficient

Gentle Giant was amazing! They helped make sure I was out of my apartment by the deadline and made sure all my belongings were protected and got to my new place. Communication was great, very friendly, and super efficient!

Great experience moving from a 4th floor walk up Boston apt to a Westford house. Gentle Giant handled the street occupancy permit, Liam, Michael, Austin, and Kevin were fast loading and unloading, and all very professional. Would highly recommend!

Great team of skilled and careful people made it look easy to pack and then use a crane to move a piano down to an urban street while masterfully avoiding tree limbs and utility wires.

Our experience with Gentle Giant has been outstanding. Great support system to plan, execute and communicate throughout the process. The men who executed our moves have all been professional, responsive, courteous and eager to help with a can-do attitude.

They weren't the cheapest option, but I wanted someone reliable, professional and attentive to COVID issues. They arrived slightly early, did a great job for a lot less than the estimate (I'd done a lot of prep work to try to help that) and were friendly and professional. I would definitely call them next time I move in the Boston area.
