Adam and his team were incredible. They were on time, organized, friendly, super helpful, and all around a true pleasure to work with. Yet another problem-free move with Gentle Giants! They always take care with my belongings and their movers are uniformly friendly and professional. I recommend them to all my friends.

The team of three young gentlemen was most impressive from start to finish! They were polite & personable, taking genuine interest in my setup. Every task was cheerfully done with excellence, and I couldn’t be more pleased. This is the third time that Gentle Giant has done a move for me, and I highly recommend this exemplary company!

We had an amazing experience with Gentle Giant. Wilbis and his crew were exceptional! Highly recommend using them for local and long distance moves!!

Gentle Giant was awesome to deal with from start to finish. I needed to keep rescheduling the booking date due to complicated issues on my end. They were absolutely lovely and never made me feel that I was a pain the neck (which I was)! The movers arrived exactly on time, they were efficient, careful, and overall… Read full review

Super easy to work with, moved inside the Boston area and were in and out super quick. 10/10 would reccomend.

Gentle Giant was amazing! They helped make sure I was out of my apartment by the deadline and made sure all my belongings were protected and got to my new place. Communication was great, very friendly, and super efficient!

I have used Gentle Giant on more than one occasion in moves within Boston and to another state. I have also used other Boston movers for in-city moves. Hands down, Gentle Giant is the most professional outfit around, with moving teams who know what they are doing, and, better yet, care about it. Their moving… Read full review

I genuinely don’t know how to write a review that adequately captures just how incredible our Gentle Giant team was, because saying they were “five star” doesn’t even begin to cut it. **They were absolute ALL-STARS.** We hired Gentle Giant for both packing and moving, and ours was not a straightforward move. Kind, highly customer service-oriented, professional and highly competent are terms that summarize Horraine McPherson’s crew (Nelu Coroian, Kevon Forsythe, Edvinus Barkus, Robert Chase and Catalin Bivol) Who packed And moved us from Cambridge MA to Cape Cod MA. Could not have had a better experience moving than with GG! Coordinating and scheduling with Elizabeth and Colin was great, as was our super professional and hardworking crew: Horraine, Jake, Chuck, and Cristian! Highly recommend for both packing and moving services in MA.

On a hot summer day, Alin’s team worked so hard for our moving from MA to CT. It took three days. Alin led the team so well that everything was smooth. His motto is “Everything is possible.” Yes, he made everything possible! Our move involved lots of stairs and heavy book boxes. But no complaints from the team. Ian… Read full review

This was our third move with Gentle Giant—this time all the way across the country—and again they did not disappoint! What consistently astonishes me is how kind, professional and efficient (!) their crews are—I don’t know where they find them or how they’re trained. We are very happy repeat customers of Gentle Giant. They have a great reputation for good reasons. Moving is hard, and it is meaningful to work with capable and kind professionals.

Absolutely super guys, everything was perfect! Such a contrast to other movers we’ve used…will stick with these guys from now on!

The guys were very nice and polite. They helped me in many ways.

The guys who packed up our house were terrific. They were helpful, respectful and had a good understanding what to pack and what to leave. They worked very fast and completed the packing in a lot less time than we anticipated, providing accurate labeling on all the items. For a variety of reasons we used another… Read full review

Aaron, Caleb, Roman and Taran did a fine job moving us from Medford to the Pioneer Valley. Everything was expertly packed the first day and arrived fully intact the next. *****Five stars, without hesitation.***** I told this company upfront that I was a divorced empty nester moving alone for the first time in my life — no kids, no partner, just me — and that I needed to be treated with kid gloves. Great staff and movers, packers! Couldn’t be better

7 years ago, when we moved ourselves into our Cambridge apartment, it was so exhausting that I said to my wife, "when you move out, you're going to need to find a new, young husband to help, because I'm not doing it." A few months ago, as we got close to selling our place, I said, "Are you making any progress on… Read full review

If moving can be “not stressful,” this team came as close to that goal as is humanly possible. They were efficient, well-organized, coordinated well as a team, and were nice to have around. THANKS!

Gentle Giant did it again! Recently helped move our 80+ year old in laws (they have moved my 90 yo mom 4 times as well) from MA to New Jersey. They are compassionate professionals who helped ease a challenging and stressful down size. They packed in 4 hours one day, moved out in 3.5 the next, delivered to new… Read full review

The Gentle Giant team did a superb job, arriving on time with a supervisor and two associates. They worked quickly, efficiently and carefully and each knew their job well. The best!!!

Huge shoutout to the incredible team at Gentle Giant that handled our move — absolutely top notch from start to finish. This team is amazing, they worked fast and efficiently. They asked insightful questions about how and where things needed to loaded and unloaded. They had a plan and had me done moving in no time. Great communication and very respectful. Couldn’t recommend this company enough. 10/10

My crew was terrific...friendly, cooperative, skilled. Couldn't have asked for better!

Thank you to the Gentle Giant Boston crew (Ellis, Jack, and Eli) and DC crew (Dakarai, Mason, and Gerbin) for helping pack up and moving my stuff recently. The staff and crews were wonderful to work with, everything was carefully planned, documented, no surprises, not a thing got damaged. Thank you, Gentle Giant! You are awesome!

Your packing and loading team were exceptional. I would recommend to anyone. Hard working, friendly, and polite.

The entire crew was outstanding. Super friendly, super communicative, and just totally professional. When my items arrived at the other end of the move, the team there was equally the same. Gentle giant moved us out of our home in Seattle and stored all of our belongings for 3 years, and finally just moved our things to Texas. They are professional and do an impeccable job. You can really trust them to keep all of your belongings safe and to make your move as easy as can be.

We were very pleased with the group of guys that handled our move. The guys very carefully packed and wrapped our stuff one day and the next day they emptied our house in 1.5 hours and our storage unit in 2 hours. Our move is international which meant an extra level of packing.

Careless and do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Definitely not use GG storage. I did when living abroad for several years, and had to throw away numerous treasured mementos, valuable clothing and other items due to widespread black mould. Over priced, over rated, and terrible to deal with. Avoid.

Gentle Giant (GG) was supremely professional!

We had an outstanding experience with our moving crew and couldn’t be more impressed!
