Gentle Giant was amazing! They helped make sure I was out of my apartment by the deadline and made sure all my belongings were protected and got to my new place. Communication was great, very friendly, and super efficient!

The Gentle Giant team did a superb job, arriving on time with a supervisor and two associates. They worked quickly, efficiently and carefully and each knew their job well. They also had good esprit de corps, and the supervisor was excellent, very good client hands. I would recommend them to anyone doing a move in the greater Boston area.

Gentle giant moved us out of our home in Seattle and stored all of our belongings for 3 years, and finally just moved our things to Texas. They are professional and do an impeccable job. You can really trust them to keep all of your belongings safe and to make your move as easy as can be.

We were very pleased with the group of guys that handled our move. The guys very carefully packed and wrapped our stuff one day and the next day they emptied our house in 1.5 hours and our storage unit in 2 hours. Our move is international which meant an extra level of packing.

Scott and Matt were phenomenal. This is the 3rd time I have used Gentle Giant, and they continue to impress. Florin and Alex were both great! Professional and timely. Very efficient and did a great job making sure everything was packed safely and properly for a long distance move. They took care of it all and reasonably priced for all the supplies and labor. I would 100% recommend gentle giants for any moving services!

Careless and do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Definitely not use GG storage. I did when living abroad for several years, and had to throw away numerous treasured mementos, valuable clothing and other items due to widespread black mould. Over priced, over rated, and terrible to deal with. Avoid.

Great team of skilled and careful people made it look easy to pack and then use a crane to move a piano down to an urban street while masterfully avoiding tree limbs and utility wires.

This is entire moving experience was handled in a professional, polite, accommodating and comfortable manner.

We used Gentle Giant to move my in-laws from Atlanta to Charlotte. The crew was courteous, efficient and worked unbelievably hard in record-setting heat. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Gentle Giant helped move our son to his first apartment by receiving multiple orders from vendors and shipments "from mom", storing it all, and then bringing everything to the apartment on the appointed move-in day. Everybody was great to work with! No question but that we will turn to Gentle Giant again in the future!

Gentle Giant moving did an exceptional job on a recent move. Their personnel are all very professional, dedicated and provide excellent customer service and care. I would highly recommend Gentle Giant for moving and storage.

I have made several moves with GG and have always been happy with their service and responsiveness. 1 star off because they ain't cheap, although to be fair I did not price shop (given my previous satisfaction) and it was a cross-country move.
