Moved from one storage facility to another out-of-state.

exceptional experience...all went very smoothly

Steven (Rudy) Leonard and Gerard Johnston did a fantastic job hoisting our grand piano out of a narrow second-floor window (part of the frame had to be removed) and over electric wires. It was clear from the start that they have decades of experience doing this -- precision work with an old-school human touch.

Yet another problem-free move with Gentle Giants! They always take care with my belongings and their movers are uniformly friendly and professional. I recommend them to all my friends.

Gentle Giant was fantastic and very efficient! Erikas and Gražvydas (our movers) were also super friendly and helpful and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

We (GS Builders Inc) hired gentle giants to hoist a 9’ countertop into the 2nd floor from Street level. Every interaction went smooth, from the initial phone call to the hoisting was a breeze, fair price, and great firm to work with. I have to especially mention their crane operator, he came, set up and within 20… Read full review

Alin at Gentle Giant did a fabulous job leading my local move. Some of the items were fragile and multiple held sentimental value. The goods were all handled carefully, packed well, and re-placed in my city home (narrow doorways and stairs) with no issue. Absolutely worth the price for their work.

I recently used Gentle Giant Moving Company and they were responsive and transparent about everything associated with the move (pricing and scheduling). The moving crew, led by Alex Reyes, was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. During the two day move, Alex and his crew carefully handled antiques,… Read full review

I genuinely don’t know how to write a review that adequately captures just how incredible our Gentle Giant team was, because saying they were “five star” doesn’t even begin to cut it. **They were absolute ALL-STARS.** We hired Gentle Giant for both packing and moving, and ours was not a straightforward move. On a hot summer day, Alin’s team worked so hard for our moving from MA to CT. It took three days. Alin led the team so well that everything was smooth. One of the best moving companies around. I've used them twice now and I will always go back. They are smart, friendly, accommodating, experienced professionals. You will not find any other moving company more professional and work their hardest until the job is done. Ive used many other companies and Gentil Giant will outperform them forever.

They were prompt, precise, pleasant and essentially perfect. We created some tricky spots which they maneuvered with ease. Such a great team. Gentle Giant never disappoints!

The Gentle Giant team did a superb job, arriving on time with a supervisor and two associates. They worked quickly, efficiently and carefully and each knew their job well. They also had good esprit de corps, and the supervisor was excellent, very good client hands. I would recommend them to anyone doing a move in the greater Boston area.

The crew was amazing! I can't thank them enough - they moved a large granite sculpture which was challenging, to say the least. They were lovely, professional, thoughtful, efficient and determined to make a hard move work. I am very grateful. I suspect they could move mountains, if asked. Thank you!
