The team of three young gentlemen was most impressive from start to finish! They were polite & personable, taking genuine interest in my setup. Every task was cheerfully done with excellence, and I couldn’t be more pleased. This is the third time that Gentle Giant has done a move for me, and I highly recommend this exemplary company!

Erik, Finn, and Andrew, make Gentle Giant what it is. They went above and beyond to make my move happen. The city of Cambridge forgot to post the parking permits. They parked safely and walked the extra distance and got me in my apt. no time and under my total estimate. Hurrah and Go Gentle for your next move!

Second time I have used these guys and they are the absolute best. The whole operation is very well organized and the office people are super helpful, and the movers themselves are super fast, very nice, and extremely competent. I have made several moves with GG and have always been happy with their service and responsiveness. 1 star off because they ain't cheap, although to be fair I did not price shop (given my previous satisfaction) and it was a cross-country move.

Gentle Giant was awesome! The crew they sent were incredible fast and efficient and safe! I was really pleased with communication throughout the process and the actual move. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience, the move was way faster than we expected and furniture moved was pristine. Also super accommodating and made sure to keep masks on as much as possible and sanitize.
