Very friendly, professional, and helpful movers. Got the job done quickly and free of any hassles. I highly recommend them.
Andrew, Salven, and Dennis are a great team. We moved apartments on the same floor of our building. These guys were on time for arrival, highly efficient and careful with our move. We wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again.
Overall quite professional, honest and dependable. Sales rep did a thorough and accurate estimate based on the items we were moving. Their hourly rate was a little higher than other movers but the total hours were fewer so the total was the same. Office staff followed up on a regular basis and politely answered all…
So far we have used Gentle Giant twice, once for a local move and for a long distance move from PA to VA. Each time we had a seamless experience, I highly recommend them. They also offer storage units at a good price.
Gentle Giant's astonishingly efficient, cheerful, and hard working team--lead by Xavier and Jang--did everything they could to make things go smoothly during this stressful time. The relocation from Bryn Mawr to Newtown Square included not only lots of boxes, many of them carefully packed by the team, but also large…
Fantastic movers! This is my second time moving with Gentle Giant and they’ve done a wonderful job both times, moving me in and out of a very busy location in downtown Philadelphia without a single problem (and this on a day that started with a downpour and then ended with burning temps!). James, Zack, and Nico were…
They were friendly, fast and professional. We would use them again and recommend them to family ,friends and neighbors.
This is the second time I’ve used Gentle Giant. They came in slightly higher than a couple other quotes I got but I know are totally worth the cost. They were so careful and meticulous in how they packed my belongings. They were friendly, worked fast, and did an excellent job. While I hope I don’t have to move again…
These guys were unbelievable and we plan to refer them to everyone.
My movers Anthony and Cameron were fantastic. They communicated well, worked efficiently, and were very friendly.
They were FANTASTIC! Starting with showing up bright and early and right on time - each member of the crew was professional, conscientious and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend!
Amazing job by Bogdan and the team. They were on time, professional, made sure everything was protected. They even helped me put together my new bed. I have used them a couple times over the years and for a good reason. They are fantastic!
Victor and Javier were very nice, respectful, fast, and great movers. they did everything I asked and more! I would totally recommend if moving in the Philly area!
I have used Gentle for three less than truckload moves and they are fantastic. The crew arrived on time, worked hard all day, and did a great job reassembling some furniture that was pretty involved. Victor and Teddy were outstanding. I highly recommend GG.
Could not reccomend Gentle Giant enough! James, Mikey, & Romeo did an incredibly thorough job moving us from our condo in Philly to our new home in the suburbs! They were methodical in assembling and disassembling all of our furniture and were incredibly careful with our things. Everyone at Gentle Giant was…
Gentle Giant was amazing!! I can’t recommend them enough. They moved me out of my apt in Philly, picked up many items in storage and then moved me into a townhouse in the suburbs. They were kind, courteous, flexible, and just nice people! It was not an easy job, especially in the extreme heat, but they handled…
The crew was on time, friendly and very professional. They moved my stuff with great care. I would definitely use them again
Did a multistate and multi stop move. Set up was easy. Price was great. All 3 crew did an amazing job. Quick, courteous and safe Highly recommend.
Amazing crew! Super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and hard working.
The experience was amazing. There was no stress. Everyone was amanzing.
I’ve used Gentle Giants before, always a positive experience. James and Chris were a delight! Very friendly, respectful and hardworking. I was moving a one bedroom from a second floor apartment to a fourth floor apartment and they managed to get it done in only a couple hours. They are gems. :)
I had such a wonderful experiencing working with Gentle Giant -- my best experience working with a mover yet. Everyone whom I worked with, from the coordination end with Dominic and Dominque to the moving crew (Andrew, Joel, Josh, and Kevin) was responsive, respectful, careful with my items, and efficient. I…
These movers were great. They had to put up with no parking on my street due to another house construction with no complaints. Very polite and made sure the furniture was placed where we wanted it Kudos to Javier, Zack and Dan
I have moved from multiple cities, NYC to FL to PHL and back to NYC. I have been ripped off and screwed so much that I did a little research and happy I did. This team blew me away along with the price. Fully uniformed same guys who picked up dropped off. Special shout out to the All Star Team, Mickey, Joel, Steve…
Andrew and Joshua were so amazing! They made sure everything was protected. Very kind guys. They put my furniture where I needed it to go and even set my bed back up. Overall it was an amazing experience!
This is the best moving company ever. We had them do a local move in Philadelphia. The staff are all friendly and responsive. They are fair and honest about their pricing. They have friendly movers who do a great job efficiently and carefully. I cannot recommend Gentle Giant Moving Company any more highly.
Gentle Giant was prompt, efficient and very fairly priced. The 2 people who conducted the move were careful with our belongings and really hustled the entire time they were with us. I highly recommend their services. Couldn’t be more pleased!
Excellent crew, super quick and professional. An absolute pleasure to work with. James, Javier, Kevin, and Nate all did a really great job.
Javier and James were super nice and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them!
Gentle Giant was easy to book with, fast to respond, and were able to move our single large item within 24 hours of our initial booking!
Extremely professional, and got the job done with no problem. I would highly recommend them!
This was great professional moving company! The guys were nice and careful. They had a lot of dollies, carts, and bins that made moving a breeze and secured everything in truck well
Team was polite and kept me in the loop for decisions, efficient in packing up loose items and the truck, and overall they made what was a very stressful time feel less chaotic.
Such a trustworthy team! Moved all my boxes and furniture efficiently with care from a 6th floor apartment to a 3-level home with tight spaces, kindly rearranging things as needed for me. God forbid I have to move ever again, but this is the company I would definitely use and highly recommend!
The movers at Gentle Giant were awesome! Super kind and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure all my items were safely packed as well as offered to bring other items that I hadn't yet packed. I would refer them to any person looking to move and use them again if I had to.
The two men who moved us were friendly, professional and very helpful. This our second move this year and I wish that GG was available on our move from Florida. If I could give 6 stars I would.
Scott and the team did a fantastic job. I was referred to them by my realtor and the GG team did not disappoint…even better than I was expecting. Very professional, efficient, careful with items. All around a great experience.
This was my second time using gentle giant, and I recommend them to everyone who asks! Friendly, respectful of my stuff, efficient, timely, good communication at every level from first contact through to after the move.
I hired and organization consultant, Yasmin Goodman to help me move and she highly recommended Gentle Giant. I found them to be available and easy to talk to. They gave me an estimate within 2 days of contanting them. They lived up to their reputation for excellence in every way. The guys who did the work…
James, Jang, and Zack moved my family from south Philly to north Philly yesterday and it was absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with a moving company. From the start of the process, Dominique was lovely and returned my emails right away. She gave me a very reasonable quote too. Yesterday, the crew was on…

Very easy to work with and flexible with any changes I had to make! Made my move a lot less stressful!
Moving our offices was seamless and easy with Gentile Giant. The crew was great, incredibly hardworking, and fast and they came in several hundred dollars less than their quote. This is the second move I have seen them do and both were impressive.
Wonderful, careful, thoughtful about my every detail and concern. Great customer service every step of the way and my art, china and antiques all arrived safely and placed where I wanted. Best movers in my 70 years experience of moving around. 5 stars
Gentle Giant is literally the best moving company we’ve dealt with!! Their communication is on point and very professional (stand out from other moving companies out there). They are efficient and fuss-free!! No items or walls were damaged whatsoever. The guys are friendly and reliable. We could not be happier with…
We’ve used Gentle Giant for two local moves in the last three years. Both times we have been blown away by how smooth the process is. The crews are friendly and professional, great at managing the truck on narrow, one way city streets and moved all of our stuff quickly and without damage from one narrow row home…
From start to finish all the employees were very professional, even though it was a last minutes move, the team still make it happen for us, they were on time and ready to work. Moved from the suburbs into the city. Great experience - the move was executed perfectly in a very professional manner. Couldn’t be happier I went with Gentle Giant.
The team was polite, efficient, neat, and finished ahead of schedule.
We found Gentle Giant through online reviews while looking for movers for a local move. Having had terrible experiences with movers in the past, we wanted to avoid companies that would give us bad service. The estimate process was simple and accurate, using cell phone videos we got an estimate in a couple of days.…
I recently used Gentle Giant Moving Company for a local move. I found their services to be very professional. The entire process (scheduling, following up, moving) was seamless. Excellent experience with Gentle Giant. Damien, Samuel and Scott were conscientious, professional, efficient, accommodating, punctual and very nice. The move consultants were excellent as well. The move could not have gone more smoothly and came in under the quote. I recommend Gentle Giant to anyone who wants a seamless moving experience.
Nick, Ken, Jeremy, and Logan were quick, friendly, and professional and got my packing and move done under time estimate. Would use again!
I was more prepared than most for the move. My crew arrived on time and got right to work. I had some trainees on the crew and they were hard workers Everything made it with nothing lol St or damaged. I would definitely recommend Gentle Giant
They were great! Jeremy, Steve, and Ken were the moving crew. They moved everything very fast, but very careful with my belongings as well. The moving coordinator, Dominique, was helpful and responsive to my questions. I definitely recommend hiring them!
I was always so scared to hire a moving company for packing and moving because I'm particular about my belongings. Gentle Giant in Philly made me get over that fear.
