Very friendly, professional, and helpful movers. Got the job done quickly and free of any hassles. I highly recommend them.
Andrew, Salven, and Dennis are a great team. We moved apartments on the same floor of our building. These guys were on time for arrival, highly efficient and careful with our move. We wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again.
Overall quite professional, honest and dependable. Sales rep did a thorough and accurate estimate based on the items we were moving. Their hourly rate was a little higher than other movers but the total hours were fewer so the total was the same. Office staff followed up on a regular basis and politely answered all…
So far we have used Gentle Giant twice, once for a local move and for a long distance move from PA to VA. Each time we had a seamless experience, I highly recommend them. They also offer storage units at a good price.
Gentle Giant's astonishingly efficient, cheerful, and hard working team--lead by Xavier and Jang--did everything they could to make things go smoothly during this stressful time. The relocation from Bryn Mawr to Newtown Square included not only lots of boxes, many of them carefully packed by the team, but also large…
Fantastic movers! This is my second time moving with Gentle Giant and they’ve done a wonderful job both times, moving me in and out of a very busy location in downtown Philadelphia without a single problem (and this on a day that started with a downpour and then ended with burning temps!). James, Zack, and Nico were…
They were friendly, fast and professional. We would use them again and recommend them to family ,friends and neighbors.
This is the second time I’ve used Gentle Giant. They came in slightly higher than a couple other quotes I got but I know are totally worth the cost. They were so careful and meticulous in how they packed my belongings. They were friendly, worked fast, and did an excellent job. While I hope I don’t have to move again…
These guys were unbelievable and we plan to refer them to everyone.
My movers Anthony and Cameron were fantastic. They communicated well, worked efficiently, and were very friendly.
They were FANTASTIC! Starting with showing up bright and early and right on time - each member of the crew was professional, conscientious and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend!
Amazing job by Bogdan and the team. They were on time, professional, made sure everything was protected. They even helped me put together my new bed. I have used them a couple times over the years and for a good reason. They are fantastic!
Victor and Javier were very nice, respectful, fast, and great movers. they did everything I asked and more! I would totally recommend if moving in the Philly area!
I have used Gentle for three less than truckload moves and they are fantastic. The crew arrived on time, worked hard all day, and did a great job reassembling some furniture that was pretty involved. Victor and Teddy were outstanding. I highly recommend GG.
Could not reccomend Gentle Giant enough! James, Mikey, & Romeo did an incredibly thorough job moving us from our condo in Philly to our new home in the suburbs! They were methodical in assembling and disassembling all of our furniture and were incredibly careful with our things. Everyone at Gentle Giant was…
Gentle Giant was amazing!! I can’t recommend them enough. They moved me out of my apt in Philly, picked up many items in storage and then moved me into a townhouse in the suburbs. They were kind, courteous, flexible, and just nice people! It was not an easy job, especially in the extreme heat, but they handled…
The crew was on time, friendly and very professional. They moved my stuff with great care. I would definitely use them again
