Is Gentle Giant Moving Company any good?

Gentle Giant's astonishingly efficient, cheerful, and hard working team--lead by Xavier and Jang--did everything they could to make things go smoothly during this stressful time. The relocation from Bryn Mawr to Newtown Square included not only lots of boxes, many of them carefully packed by the team, but also large…

Gentle Giant has always been a phenomenal moving company. I've used them for about 6 moves across PA and NYC. Each time has been fantastic. From estimate, to booking, to packing, and to moving the team does a great job. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and friendly packing & moving…

This is the second time I’ve used Gentle Giant. They came in slightly higher than a couple other quotes I got but I know are totally worth the cost. They were so careful and meticulous in how they packed my belongings. They were friendly, worked fast, and did an excellent job. While I hope I don’t have to move again…

Best moving company ever! Definitely book them for your move you will be impressed & very happy! Everything was fully packed & unpacked which is fantastic because they take ALL the paper & boxes with them after they are done & leave. Basically you get white glove service along with very great reasonable pricing.…

Great company. Superior crew, did a fantastic job for our two day pack and move from Phila to Lewes, DE. Highly recommend this company. Charged their estimate at the end. Very honest firm, hard working.

Gentle Giant was amazing!! I can’t recommend them enough. They moved me out of my apt in Philly, picked up many items in storage and then moved me into a townhouse in the suburbs. They were kind, courteous, flexible, and just nice people! It was not an easy job, especially in the extreme heat, but they handled…

Amazing crew! Super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and hard working.

The experience was amazing. There was no stress. Everyone was amanzing.

Team was polite and kept me in the loop for decisions, efficient in packing up loose items and the truck, and overall they made what was a very stressful time feel less chaotic.

I recently completed a long-distance move with Gentle Giant, and overall I had a very positive experience. Moving is never stress-free, but the team was professional, efficient, and communicative throughout the process. What really stood out was how responsive and fair they were when follow-up issues came up.…

I travelled to PA to help my best friend move out of her place. She hired this amazing company and they have been beyond professional and amazing. The attention to detail and care in protecting her furniture is so appreciated. It’s really nice to see strong worth ethic in a company! She will be hiring them again…

I hired and organization consultant, Yasmin Goodman to help me move and she highly recommended Gentle Giant. I found them to be available and easy to talk to. They gave me an estimate within 2 days of contanting them. They lived up to their reputation for excellence in every way. The guys who did the work…

My husband and I are moving cross country to Seattle. It’s been a very quick turnaround, thus creating a lot of stress with us having to get a POD and moving our stuff to Seattle. We hired 3 movers from Gentle Giant movers and from the beginning I knew we were in good hands. When I called, we did an assessment of…

From start to finish all the employees were very professional, even though it was a last minutes move, the team still make it happen for us, they were on time and ready to work. They were very respectful and friendly. Excellent Team Work, please keep up the good job. Thanks a bunch for making our move a success. Me…

We found Gentle Giant through online reviews while looking for movers for a local move. Having had terrible experiences with movers in the past, we wanted to avoid companies that would give us bad service. The estimate process was simple and accurate, using cell phone videos we got an estimate in a couple of days.…

I recently used Gentle Giant Moving Company for a local move. I found their services to be very professional. The entire process (scheduling, following up, moving) was seamless. All three guys on the team (Jeremy, Joe, and Michael) were super helpful, polite and hard-working. While moving can be a stressful…

Nick, Ken, Jeremy, and Logan were quick, friendly, and professional and got my packing and move done under time estimate. Would use again!

I was always so scared to hire a moving company for packing and moving because I'm particular about my belongings. Gentle Giant in Philly made me get over that fear. They treated all my things like they were moving their own things, extra care and incredibly thorough. Everything is orderly, well-packed, and it's an…

This team are the best. Kind, professional, hospitable and respectful. They are wonderful to work with and I would recommend them HIGHLY to anyone!

I used Gentle Giant three (3) times and every time I had the utmost best experience ever. I would like to send my sincere appreciation for an exceptional job each time. I would definitely recommend Gentle Giant to everyone I know. Gentle Giant is extremely extremely reasonable I wouldn't think of using any other…

We used Gentle Giant to move us over 2 days. They stored all of our belongings overnight and moved us in during a snow storm. They were very professional, friendly, respectful and hardworking. We could not be happier. Thank you so much to the great crew !

I planned this move from across the country. They are very professional. They did such an amazing job packing, moving and loading everything into a storage unit. The apartment was so clean when they left I'm not sure I needed to hire a move out cleaning service. I wish every company was like this company!

The Gentle Giant crew made a big out-of-state move about as pleasant and positive as it could have been. Milos, the leader, was a good communicator, calling to tell us when they would arrive each of the three days, and arriving on time. Milos also figured out how to pack a huge, 100-year old mirror from Venice in…

Just moved using gentle giants. The team was professional, responsive, thoughtful, fun and kind. Their pricing was more than reasonable and they worked their butts off to ensure we had a great experience. They made moving a multi bedroom house with large furniture seem easy. Thanking the team very much for the hard…

This was my second time using Gentle Giant for an in-state move. I went back to them because the first time was a stress-free, easy move and the second time was exactly the same. The team arrived on-time and worked diligently packing and loading and then later delivering. They guys were great and took a huge burden…

We moved during the Covid-19 time period and they were one of the only companies to take the job. They were professional, pleasant, and made us smile during a difficult time. We would recommend this company to anyone we know.

I moved within Philadelphia with Slaven and Matt. They were simply amazing. They turned my nervous feeling to comfortable and happy during the entire moving. The most efficient work manner ever. Honest and trustworthy. These guys are the best among all moving services I've ever used in multiple countries (e.g. US,…

First time using movers and everything from start to finish was perfect! Gentle Giant Moving Company could not have made it any easier! I even had to make adjustments to my quote several times (over-night storage to no over-night storage) and they were always happy to help and reassure. My moving crew (Matt - Steve…

The Gentle Giant Movers were amazing - professional, on-time, incredibly kind and able to solve problems on-the-fly (like a king-sized bed frame that didn't fit up a windy staircase, or the fact that though I had city permits, the city hadn't marked off the parking spaces in time.) The packing was done very quickly,…
