Gentle Giant's astonishingly efficient, cheerful, and hard working team--lead by Xavier and Jang--did everything they could to make things go smoothly during this stressful time. The relocation from Bryn Mawr to Newtown Square included not only lots of boxes, many of them carefully packed by the team, but also large…
These guys were unbelievable and we plan to refer them to everyone.
Gentle Giant was amazing!! I can’t recommend them enough. They moved me out of my apt in Philly, picked up many items in storage and then moved me into a townhouse in the suburbs. They were kind, courteous, flexible, and just nice people! It was not an easy job, especially in the extreme heat, but they handled…
The experience was amazing. There was no stress. Everyone was amanzing.
Gentle Giant Moving was professional, friendly and easy to communicate for our move. They faced challenges with creative solutions like getting large metal shelves into our new place through the bedroom deck sliding door because they did not fit up the angled staircase. They were able to get an extra firm king size…
I hired and organization consultant, Yasmin Goodman to help me move and she highly recommended Gentle Giant. I found them to be available and easy to talk to. They gave me an estimate within 2 days of contanting them. They lived up to their reputation for excellence in every way. The guys who did the work…
Gentle Giant is literally the best moving company we’ve dealt with!! Their communication is on point and very professional (stand out from other moving companies out there). They are efficient and fuss-free!! No items or walls were damaged whatsoever. The guys are friendly and reliable. We could not be happier with…
From start to finish all the employees were very professional, even though it was a last minutes move, the team still make it happen for us, they were on time and ready to work. They were very respectful and friendly. Excellent Team Work, please keep up the good job. Thanks a bunch for making our move a success. Me…
I recently used Gentle Giant Moving Company for a local move. I found their services to be very professional. The entire process (scheduling, following up, moving) was seamless. All three guys on the team (Jeremy, Joe, and Michael) were super helpful, polite and hard-working. While moving can be a stressful…
This team are the best. Kind, professional, hospitable and respectful. They are wonderful to work with and I would recommend them HIGHLY to anyone!
From the moment I spoke to Andrew about moving until the final item was placed in my new house, I was completely blown away by the customer services. Our movers, Andrew, Ken, and Sam were professional, fast, efficient and careful. We highly recommend this company!
I was recommended Gentle Giant Moving Company by my real estate agent who said that another of her clients used them and was very happy. Firstly, their website was great and allowed me to easily inventory all the pieces of furniture in my apartment that needed to be moved. It allows you to select the rooms you have…
We were absolutely thrilled with Gentle Giant! Starting with George who came to our apartment to give us an estimate (masked and carefully social distanced, cheerfully) to Andrew who was the leader of the move itself, we were treated consistently with respect and kindness. Information was patiently given, and…
We needed two nights of storage during our move and Gentle Giant was able to accommodate that without a problem. Slaven and his team were extremely helpful and careful, came in under budget, and made sure that everything was set-up before they left. Highly recommended.
This was my second time using Gentle Giant for an in-state move. I went back to them because the first time was a stress-free, easy move and the second time was exactly the same. The team arrived on-time and worked diligently packing and loading and then later delivering. They guys were great and took a huge burden…
We moved during the Covid-19 time period and they were one of the only companies to take the job. They were professional, pleasant, and made us smile during a difficult time. We would recommend this company to anyone we know.
I moved within Philadelphia with Slaven and Matt. They were simply amazing. They turned my nervous feeling to comfortable and happy during the entire moving. The most efficient work manner ever. Honest and trustworthy. These guys are the best among all moving services I've ever used in multiple countries (e.g. US,…
First time using movers and everything from start to finish was perfect! Gentle Giant Moving Company could not have made it any easier! I even had to make adjustments to my quote several times (over-night storage to no over-night storage) and they were always happy to help and reassure. My moving crew (Matt - Steve…
The move went well! The guys were professional, respectful and on time. No problems, so I would absolutely use your service again! Thank you!
