Gentle Giant's astonishingly efficient, cheerful, and hard working team--lead by Xavier and Jang--did everything they could to make things go smoothly during this stressful time. The relocation from Bryn Mawr to Newtown Square included not only lots of boxes, many of them carefully packed by the team, but also large…
Gentle Giant was amazing!! I can’t recommend them enough. They moved me out of my apt in Philly, picked up many items in storage and then moved me into a townhouse in the suburbs. They were kind, courteous, flexible, and just nice people! It was not an easy job, especially in the extreme heat, but they handled…
I had such a wonderful experiencing working with Gentle Giant -- my best experience working with a mover yet. Everyone whom I worked with, from the coordination end with Dominic and Dominque to the moving crew (Andrew, Joel, Josh, and Kevin) was responsive, respectful, careful with my items, and efficient. I…
I have moved from multiple cities, NYC to FL to PHL and back to NYC. I have been ripped off and screwed so much that I did a little research and happy I did. This team blew me away along with the price. Fully uniformed same guys who picked up dropped off. Special shout out to the All Star Team, Mickey, Joel, Steve…
Andrew and Joshua were so amazing! They made sure everything was protected. Very kind guys. They put my furniture where I needed it to go and even set my bed back up. Overall it was an amazing experience!
Gentle Giant Moving was professional, friendly and easy to communicate for our move. They faced challenges with creative solutions like getting large metal shelves into our new place through the bedroom deck sliding door because they did not fit up the angled staircase. They were able to get an extra firm king size…
Excellent crew, super quick and professional. An absolute pleasure to work with. James, Javier, Kevin, and Nate all did a really great job.
Gentle Giant was easy to book with, fast to respond, and were able to move our single large item within 24 hours of our initial booking!
I recently completed a long-distance move with Gentle Giant, and overall I had a very positive experience. Moving is never stress-free, but the team was professional, efficient, and communicative throughout the process. What really stood out was how responsive and fair they were when follow-up issues came up.…
Scott, Viktor, and each other member of the crew were professional, efficient, very easy to work with: friendly, courteous, helpful, accommodating. They went beyond expectations. A complex, three-stop move and multiple special requests turned out to be -- as much as such a task could be -- a pleasure. Strong…
So nice and so professional. Needed a heavy piece of furniture moved. The guys came out the next morning and took care of it with no issues. I love the fact that the staff is all on salary with benefits, rather than contracted out. Highly recommend.
Everyone I worked with at Gentle Giant were all so helpful with hoisting our couch! Our other movers weren't able to get it up the stairs, but Andrew and his crew saved the day. Dominique and George were prompt and organized with scheduling and paperwork, and the price was very reasonable compared to other local…
We found Gentle Giant through online reviews while looking for movers for a local move. Having had terrible experiences with movers in the past, we wanted to avoid companies that would give us bad service. The estimate process was simple and accurate, using cell phone videos we got an estimate in a couple of days.…
The Gentle Giant crew made a big out-of-state move about as pleasant and positive as it could have been. Milos, the leader, was a good communicator, calling to tell us when they would arrive each of the three days, and arriving on time. Milos also figured out how to pack a huge, 100-year old mirror from Venice in…
We moved during the Covid-19 time period and they were one of the only companies to take the job. They were professional, pleasant, and made us smile during a difficult time. We would recommend this company to anyone we know.
I moved within Philadelphia with Slaven and Matt. They were simply amazing. They turned my nervous feeling to comfortable and happy during the entire moving. The most efficient work manner ever. Honest and trustworthy. These guys are the best among all moving services I've ever used in multiple countries (e.g. US,…
First time using movers and everything from start to finish was perfect! Gentle Giant Moving Company could not have made it any easier! I even had to make adjustments to my quote several times (over-night storage to no over-night storage) and they were always happy to help and reassure. My moving crew (Matt - Steve…
The Gentle Giant Movers were amazing - professional, on-time, incredibly kind and able to solve problems on-the-fly (like a king-sized bed frame that didn't fit up a windy staircase, or the fact that though I had city permits, the city hadn't marked off the parking spaces in time.) The packing was done very quickly,…
