We've moved twice with Gentle Giant twice and had great experiences both times. Most recently we had movers named Jovann and Wyland, who were excellent. They were SO careful with all of our belongings. We had some narrow doorways and big furniture pieces, and they avoided bumping into anything. They were professional, efficient, and kind.

Gentle giant is the best, the coordinator made sure I knew what to expect day of and everything went off without a hitch. The movers did a great job, didn't damage anything and finished in record time.
Coordinators felt hard to get a hold of prior to the move, but a couple of days before and on moving day, everyone (especially the movers) were very clear, polite, responsive and quite helpful! Would definitely use their services again if another move is needed!
We've used Gentle Giant four times now. They're on top of their game - extremely organized, good crews and never damaged a thing!
