Great movers! Dom and Sterling arrived on time, communicated well, and treated my items with the utmost care. They were fast and professional throughout. Great job! Thanks for taking some of the stress out of moving.
Overall, a great experience. Viktor, Nathan, Aloy, and Eimis were easy to work with and did a great job packing and moving us into our new space within just a few hours.
Everything was packed carefully and well-protected, though the organization of some boxes was a little confusing. For example, a box would contain mostly items from one area of the house, but then have a few random items from a completely different room mixed in. This made unpacking and figuring out where things belonged a bit more challenging than expected.
Aside from that minor issue, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend them and use their services again!

The Gentle Giant crew did the best moving job we’ve had. We started out with Eric R and then worked with our moving coordinator Rachael W. This was one of the most complicated moves we have gone through. It may not have been the same distance as our cross-country move, but they did the best job packing and re-assembling everything. The other movers we had broke and scratched a few expensive items. Every moving crew member (Oleksandr B, Stephan S, Artem S, Joseph W, and Manny U) did a fantastic job not only with packaging and timing, but they also were very friendly.
While the other company covered some damages, they broke a big console table and blamed it on the rental house’s tilt (turns out that wasn’t the issue). But the people at Gentle Giant? They broke nothing. It has almost been 8 months, and we know for sure that everything was in fantastic condition. There was a heavy and serious high value item that my wife and I were worried about transporting. I showed Oleksandr a complicated unboxing video, and he reverse engineered the complicated unboxing and re-packed it properly. I’m thoroughly impressed.
