Setting up an appointment was a breeze with Jessica. She was kind, personable and informative. Very quick to respond to my inquiry. She was able to schedule my appointment for only a few days away. I was impressed from my very first call. Jessica was very responsive and answered all my questions. John did a great job cleaning my chairs, carpets and tiles. It gives me peace of mind to know non toxic chemicals were used in the cleaning solutions. Will definitely use them again for future cleanings.

We just had our white wool area rug cleaned by Get Green and it’s beautiful. It had a tea stain on it and they managed to remove the stain. They are wonderful to work with. Truly professional. Can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommend.

Get Green Carpet does fine work and provides excellent customer service. The company contact Jessica is very responsive. At the time (about two weeks ago) I was unwell so especially appreciated her thoughtfulness. John, who cleaned our rug on-site, immediately put me at ease and was courteous and adept. Overall a very positive experience working with Jessica and John! Would strongly recommend their services to anyone- very professional, responsive to my concerns, not pushy at all and feel good about using eco-friendly products to make our carpets look so good!

Do yourself a favor and book an appointment!! Jessica helped us in a time constraint (less than a week) and managed to fit it in when it would work for me as well. Highly communicative, and the job was very well done. No strong odors at all. Great experience

I had John do my carpet cleaning down in my basement. Before he cleaned the carpet it was horrible, the carpet was stained, smelled like urine and feces since when we got our dog she was a puppy and did her necessities everywhere. She is now fully potty trained and we needed the carpet to be desperately clean… Read full review

Jessica & John take pride in their small business. From the first phone call I knew I called the right place. Our living room area rug was demolished from cat puke and it smelled. It is an expensive and beautiful wool rug so I didn't want to throw it away. I didn't have to. When they picked up the rug they were… Read full review
