They add bogus fee's when they invoice you. Fee's that were not disclosed in the initial booking. They call it a "trust and technology fee".

I have been using Get It Done since relocating to Chicago from New York in March 2022. Their service is consistently excellent.
The first crew did a good job cleaning the kitchen, but didn’t do a very good job on the floors. I reached out to Isaac and he scheduled an additional cleaning for the floors and Angie vacuumed and mopped all the rooms. Thanks for making it right and I’ll order their services again in the future.

Hired for deep clean, window washing, tidying up areas, oven cleaning, cabinets, deep clean floors. For perspective, it’s a 2000 sq feet unit. The work by Johary and Alfreidy was perfection. There was definitely a calming therapeutic feeling being surrounded by a clean, tidy, and cohesive home. I would recommend and rebook.

The cleaning crew were so nice and did a great job. My apartment has not been this clean since I moved in. While it is a bit pricey, it was worth it for how quickly I was able to schedule a cleaning and for how efficient they were. I definitely would use their service again.
