Adriana was great. She cleaned a disgusting room I was moving into and made it spotless on short notice. Highly recommend
Hi, Brends did a great job
Excellent service. Adriana did a great job
Best in Chicago for condo deep clean - impressed with entire experience from scheduling to the quality of work completed. Thank you!
Mercedes came to clean my apartment when I just moved in, and she did a great job. She cleaned the windows, inside every cabinet, inside the stove, the floors and the entire bathroom, make sure to dust all the hard to reach places. It was great!
Just DO IT....Please. its beyond worth it. Maria is Amazing goes over and beyond...its taken so much of my anxiety away...
I reached out to Get It Done after falling behind on keeping up with my apartment due to an ongoing illness and really needing help getting things back under control. I had called several other cleaning companies because I was hoping to get someone out that same day, but I kept running into dead ends. I was…
I am so happy with the work that Brenda did! Her attention to detail is exactly what I was hoping for. I booked recurring cleanings with her. I am excited to book a deep cleaning if this is how good the regular option is!
Had family coming to town so I called everywhere I could for a same day appointment. My cleaners were incredible. They took their time and my family was very impressed with how clean my place was
Mercedes was amazing. She’s the most thorough cleaner that I have had. Took the time to get to the very furthest edges of my space and reset it like new. She did a great and true deep cleaning and was very kind and professional. thank you so much.
Laura has chosen, trained and motivated a great staff of hard-working willing workers who want to please. My home sparkles after a party and before the next.
Amazing job on both move-out/move-in deep cleaning services. Would absolutely recommend.
Get it Done is a very professional organization and communication is easy. Adriana our cleaner is super! Very nice and effective.
Adriana is always great! Highly recommend
Angie and Andrea did an amazing job with the deep cleaning and it is absolutely exceptional. My house smells absolutely fresh and I feel like it looks brand new, which is something that every mom needs, especially for what you paid Four. I’ll be definitely doing a reoccurring service with these two as they did an…
We had Adriana as our cleaner. Absolutely unreal. She cleaned everything so well. She washed our dishes too, had so much clutter everywhere and she fully organized everything. Such an honest and hard working person. She did absolutely amazing. Truly went above and beyond to clean every part of our apartment. She…
Sandra and Ana did an amazing job cleaning my one-bedroom apartment! The kitchen and bathroom looked fantastic when they were finished, and I was especially impressed that they were able to remove stains from the leather side handles of my office chair—something I could never get out myself. They arrived right on…
Maria Lozano did a wonderful job cleaning our apartment. She surprised us with her thoroughness, even cleaning our cats’ food dishes and litter box.
UPDATE: We have previously used this company for a move-out deep clean. Following a busy Fall and holiday season, we desperately needed some help tidying our apartment so opted to use them again. We could not be more pleased with this decision. Janneth and Jessica spent considerable time and energy transforming our…
Sandra and Ana are amazing. They are always on time promptly as expected; there is not a moment wasted as they are always very diligent. They are highly respected and recommended.
I have been using Get It Done since relocating to Chicago from New York in March 2022. Their service is consistently excellent.
Angie did a wonderful job, she did a thorough job and really took her time with all the details! I am very satisfied with her work and highly recommend her service!
We are very happy with this cleaning service. Angie did a great job cleaning our second home in the South Loop and for just $150 we were really impressed at the level of detail she used and how careful she was to use clean rags for different areas so there was no cross contamination. Our home was left fresh and clean
Yolima was truly amazing - the best apartment cleaning I have ever had. Would love to have her back!
Maria L was amazing! I will definitely use this service in the future. I have never seen my sink or shower SO clean. Next time, I will probably try the deep clean. Overall good service.
Had a good experience. Professional and easy to work with.
Very happy with Laura’s cleanings. They clean very thoroughly and the staff are very friendly helping you with rescheduling. Thank you David!
This service is literally the best!! They do great deep cleans! I clean weekly, daily but regardless it doesn’t look as good when they handle it. They are always super kind and very relatable. I appreciate their hard work so much. I recommend them in a heartbeat!! Thank you so much!!!
Great cleaning service.
On time and cleaned well.
David and Priscilla of Laura’s Cleaners were amazing! They went above and beyond to get every spect of dirt and dust off my apt surfaces. They were also very kind and professional. I give them 5 stars out of 5! Def recommend them 100%!
It was so easy to book but I’m very disappointed in the service. They arrived late, outside of the given window. The floors were not cleaned and the countertops were not wiped down. The cleaner was here for less than 40 minutes and did not finish the job. They came in, made my bed, and then left. Afterwards I tried…
Great work!
They were great. Great
Excellent service! They came 14 hours after I ordered them (showed up 7am after a 5pm request) - the cleaners are very professional and had my rental unit looking new in 2 hours - highly recommend!
The crew arrived as expected within the started time window. I was very satisfied with the results of their work. My place is very clean now.
Great cleaning and friendly service
I needed some last minute cleaning help and Isaac responded to my request on a Saturday evening and sent someone the next afternoon. Yolanda did a great job! Thanks!
Lovely, friendly employees. Beautiful job! They even cleaned out the coffee pot. Thank you.
I had issues with dust a grime in high places at the loft I live in. Debie and Humberto did a great job cleaning everything up and getting to a lot of this high up spaces that are tricky to clean. When I asked for help with something they were very gracious. Then Isaac was also good to talk to on the phone on the checkout side. Would definitely recommend.
I was incredibly pleased coming home after Debbie & Humberto cleaned my house. I have two dogs and a cat, and a few organizationally challenged spaces in my home, and it was such a relief to see the difference a few hours with professionals can make! They were friendly, communicative, and did a tremendous job. I look forward to future services!
Easy to schedule, affordable, meet your requests and went above and beyond your expectations. The crew was friendly and helpful!
Very friendly and great attention to detail! Thank you!
They were very courteous and informative
Their cleaning people always impress! Always arrive on time, do impressive work especially in the hard-to-reach areas. On top of it all, they’re very professional and kind!
Very friendly, efficient, and thorough. They also provide good communication about arrival, timing, and additional info via text.
Wow- can’t say enough good things from the ease of booking, how quick they were available and just a great cleaning job. Would use again and highly recommend!
This is a great service. They can always get me in last minute and provide high quality service for a good price.
I paid $174 for 2hr cleaning for a 2 bed 1 bath. They finished in 1.5 hrs. But it was nice and clean. They were here cleaning within the hour. The only thing I’d suggest is if you pay for 2 hrs maybe they can clean a bit more or just go over floors or carpets for the full two hours. Either way it was a positive experience
Originally, I had booked another cleaning service but when they got to my apartment they ended up doubling the phone quote they'd given me for cleaning. I then found Laura's, which bills by the hour rather than the size of space. Didn't know how that would work out but at least I had a gurantee of what my final…
Great experience pleasant and kind thank you so much
These ladies did a beautiful job! Will definitely use them again 🤗
Yolanda and Enriqueta were right on time, very professional, and very friendly. They did a really great job cleaning my home and I will definitely hire Laura’s Cleaning again.
I called them at 10am asking if they did same day service scheduled my appointment any time between 11 and 2 got here at 12 left at 2. 2 women came and cleaned my whole basement my whole living room and dining room and kitchen and bathrooms in 2 hours. Loved the service. Definitely will use them again
I moved into a new apartment and got the standard cleaning due to the cat fur in the apartment. I’m allergic to cats so it’s important for me have the space cleaned properly. Laura’s cleaning squeezed me in for a standard cleaning. I had a few hiccups with the cleaning staff initially. They didn’t do a good job of…
Truly exceptional. From the booking to the finishing touches, Laura’s Cleaning went above and beyond. Especially considering I have a dog that sheds a lot. This is the best housekeeping service I’ve used, hands down. Highly recommend.
super thorough cleaning. awesome staff. best value price wise in the city in my opinion
Laura's Cleaning did a wonderful job with my 1BR apartment. Arrival was timely and communication was professional throughout. Quality was excellent, they took the time to scrub every inch of my counters and table. Bathroom is sparkling clean. I would highly recommend them, I have used their services multiple times in the past and am very satisfied!
I was very explicit about what I wanted done on the online and gave the exact sq footage of my apartment to which I was given a price. After the appointment I was charged more than I was told on the phone even though nothing was done beyond what I outlined when I called for the appointment. On the day of the…
Fantastic service! My studio apartment is very clean. I would highly recommend this service.
Dealing with the Management was a terrible experience. They quoted us a price, and then halfway through the cleaning attempted to charge our credit card 2x the initial price (without telling us). The Manager then had the cleaning persons leave our apartment immediately, leaving the rooms half-cleaned. To be clear,…
Extremely friendly staff, responsive, and a great value! This was my first time getting my apartment professionally cleaned, and won’t be my last. They booked me super short notice (a day before), and were super easy to communicate with. My apartment looks like it did when we first moved in and smells so good, will definitely be booking again soon!
They moved me up a day on the schedule and fit me in. My 2 bedroom in river north was spotless. They are great! -Matt
Laura’s Cleaning was available at the last minute and were very easy to schedule! The team they sent did a great job!! Thanks to all
Isaac is amazing. He goes above and beyond. The apartment is spotless. Very diversified in their service department
