Sarah helped me understand why Lola acts the way she does, how to help her feel calmer, and what I can practice as her owner to help change those behaviors over time. Sarah, with Get Pawsitive was really amazing with our new rescue dog. First she responded to a message with interest in training and called twice to make sure I received her message. She spent several minutes explaining her approach to training with rationale.
I set up an in-person assessment session where she met our puppy. She was intentional with her approach and built trust during the hour in our home. She gave us a detailed review of her recommendations by email with other resources. I have since purchased a package of sessions with Libby who was so gentle and kind with her interactions. Our puppy is already making excellent progress and learning new skills. She continues to make confident choices and we have learned how to reward those choices. I look forward to continuing work with Get Pawsitive!

We took our new puppy to the preschool class and learned a ton from Patti! We loved that it was a safe, small class and how well Patti managed the puppy playtime (our dog was the smallest of the group!); great socialization.
