Andrew arrived today, in fact he was a little early which was great, and presented himself as a professional, friendly, knowledgeable technician who answered my questions and performed the annual inspection completely and efficiently. Overall, good service for our annual inspection. Downside was, we specifically asked that our traps and bait stations be checked and re-baited. He said they were all good. The next day we found a roof rat dead in a trap. We also found droppings and a sprung mouse trap in a drawer near where our issues have been.…
