The Technician, Shai, was genuinely concerned with making sure the work was done properly and was very conscientious as if my home was his own. He did an excellent job and provided excellent customer service. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and effort he put into the job.

Andrew has been very informative about the problems with the rodent damage as well with what needed to be done to address the problem. He is very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. We appreciate all he has done to address our rodent problem with living by a lake.
Overall, good service for our annual inspection. Downside was, we specifically asked that our traps and bait stations be checked and re-baited. He said they were all good. The next day we found a roof rat dead in a trap. We also found droppings and a sprung mouse trap in a drawer near where our issues have been.…
Getem is the best! The techs in the field are knowledgeable and personable. Each tech who has been to my home has been very nice and easy to communicate with. The office staff is also delightful. I couldn’t ask for more.
