UPDATE, OCT 2026 Mike came and was great. He explained things, listened to my concerns and addressed those areas, especially in my basement. I've used Getem for over 20 years now and they never disappoint. I thought Gary was the best, but Joshua came through and did his thing today. He explained everything,…

Exceptional customer service. I called about some nests around my property and they helped me figure out it was built by hornets not wasps like I thought. Will visits our property as part of a monthly plan we have with GetEm. Happy with the services provided inside and out. Super nice guy
Matt was friendly, thorough and professional.
Instead of sending out our usual technician, the supervisor, D. was sent out. I was rather disappointed. He never inspected the attic, even though I told him that he ought to. He removed traps under the house, and didn’t replace them with new traps. He did a halfway job of removing wasps nests from my porch. I…

I called Getem for my uncle’s home. He started having a problem with the German roaches and I had seen enough to make me worry. I called and they explained everything to me and they were very clear on the price. The initial treatment is not cheap if there is already a problem, but it was necessary The gentleman…

When we uncovered a bee nest in the soil near the pool area, Getem responded the same day and the children are no longer afraid to go swimming!! The tech had the professional equipment he needed. Thanks for your prompt response!
Edward was extremely professional and was able to provide many details on the service we were receiving and why. Get’em has been my pest control since I bought my house in late 2020, and noticed an ant problem. As soon as they started working, I haven’t had any problems since. In my appointment today, I mentioned to the technician that I had seen increased wasp activity, but admittedly hadn’t looked too hard around my bushes…
A nice young man named Matt from Getem Exterminators came to the house as requested on date requested. He asked which problems we needed to address and he did a great job.

I thought I had murder hornets but they’re just virtual harmless “cicada catchers”. We didn’t have to kill anything but the men who responded were prompt and professional. Thanks!
Great company! Very professional and responsive. I had a ground nest of yellow jackets in my backyard and since my last encounter with yellow jackets sent me to the ER and an EpiPen Rx, I called Getem who got techs out here the same day and killed and dug out the nest. Couldn't have found better service than Getem!
Crickets, spiders, palmettos, Getem gets the job done!
I've used this service for about 4 years now and have had consistently great experiences and results. I am on the quarterly plan, so every quarter they come out and spray preventative repellent in and around my home. My 2 dogs have always been safe with these chemicals and I've never had any staining from the…
