The technician came out and explained every option I could utilize to resolve my issue. They offered the Superior Comfort membership and gave me details of what it comes with. The problem was resolved in a timely fashion and the technician was as thorough as possible to make sure there were no other problems.

Called Superior Wednesday to come snake my basement shower drain. They got me scheduled Friday & it didn’t even need snaking, just the drain head lifted & hair pulled out. $89 for it, not bad cus that was the price just to show up & snaking would’ve been $165 I believe so I saved some $. Needed shower stale snaked, Doug. Was prompt and explained what needed to be done and gave the price, then went to work, I would have him do work for me again.

Marcus was detailed and identified a problem larger than what he was called out for. He escalated the issue to a master plumber and hope to have it fixed next week. Mom was very happy to have this completed-thanks to all that finished this job!

Came out same day right after heavy rains. Snaked drain pipes and fixed the problem in less than an hour.

He was very good very personable I will have him come out to the house anytime for any plumbing needs to be friends I recommend dog for any for any plumbing decisions

Ignacio Medelez III was very friendly and knowledgeable. When both my kitchen sinks were clogged and nothing we did worked to unclog I had to call a plumber. I was expecting a $300+ bill and a huge repair but he was able to fix it quickly and much more reasonable than I expected.
