Marcus Wright did a great job explaining what needed to be done to fix the problem with the toilet. He was very professional and did the repair quickly.
Caleb got my issue fixed. Called at 830 and the issue was fixed by 930!
Quick polite and professional. Even the call to set up the appointment was painless and fast. They were out the very next morning. Knowledgeable and able to answer questions and provide additional quotes for other future projects. I would highly recommend Marcus with Gill Plumbing!

All Superior reps were friendly. That was a positive. The rep who came out to survey the job said a new toilet is needed. That was a costly trip. Final estimate was even more costly. Too costly, in fact.
Everyone that I dealt with was very polite. They listen to all my concerns and explain what work would be done. I also appreciate the fact that they called prior to arriving and they also sent a picture of the tech that would be coming out.

Quality work but they jerked me around a bit before giving me the right price. In the end they made it right.
I am just floored at the over charging of service and for parts he charged me 195$ for a kohler valve seal that cost 7$ at Home Depot in total I was charged 409$ for a snake to my kitchen sink that took 10 minutes

Austin, Evan and Ignacio were extremely professional. Austin and Evan had to work in a crawl space on the hottest day of the year and they never complained- always had a smile on their faces and a positive comment. The work was completed in a timely manner and we are all set. This is not my first time using Gill and I highly recommend them.
Thorough, prompt and kind. Had an issue with the first toilet installed and he was back the next day to correct the problem. No hastle no frustration just results. I really appreciate the whole teams commitment to my customer needs! I’ll be keeping them in my preferred contacts!
