Sam and his team were professional and spent many hours troubleshooting a driveability issue with my 1995 Chevy Silverado. Multiple items that didn't address the problem they did not charge labor for but I decided to keep on the truck. A free alignment was included with my tire purchase. Overall, a trustworthy operation, which is what you want.
