Have been using these guys for years and they’re top notch. Eric is always a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend. Update! Hired Eric once again after a full audit of my basement and garage — my update? They are better than ever. I’d trust these guys with my life.
They had someone out to remove an old freezer from me within 24 hours. Eric and Cedrik were phenomenal and I would highly recommend them.
Eric and Chris did an amazing job getting our old refrigerator out of our garage, and as an added bonus, they were able to lift a 500 lb vanity off our truck bed and carry it up to our 2nd floor! They called and showed up first thing on a Monday morning and were extremely professional and efficient. Great guys to work with!!
Gino’s was fast, affordable, and took everything we needed them to. Eric and Big D did a great job, and were very polite. I’m so glad I called this company, and would highly recommend Gino’s and specifically Eric and Big D for your junk haul needs!

As a customer of Gino's Junk Removal, I would like to document concerns I had during my interaction with Jeremy. During the service visit, I observed behavior that caused me concern, including staring at me for extended periods, repeatedly calling Erics phone, and speaking with Eric about me in a manner that did not feel respectful, I felt uncomfortable, anxious, and uneasy. I have a need for respect, professionalism, privacy, and emotional safety when interacting with service providers. I also value clear boundaries and communication that helps me feel seen and respected rather than discussed or judged. My request is that communication about me be respectful, professional, and limited to matters directly related to the work being performed. I also request that my privacy and personal boundaries be honored in future interactions.Based on these observations, I was uncomfortable with the interaction and felt it was appropriate to report my concerns to management. This statement reflects only what I personally observed and experienced.
