Great guys, quick and professional. Fixed what no else could. Thanks guys. I recommend them to everyone!
Thanks, Glass Doctor. What a great service replacing damaged glass in a window, so we don't have to spend $$ to replace windows. Thank you, Eric, for the great service!
I had this company repair several windows that had the seal broken and had cloudy windows. They did a fabulous job and I should have not waited so long to get it done because it was so easy. Shout out to Eric for his kindness, professionalism, and prompt action to fix the chipped moulding within days. I highly recommend using this company for windows!
My window repair man was friendly, knowledgable & professional. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!
Prompt and courteous service provided by Erik and the office staff.
From the initial phone call, to the consult and installation their service was top notch!
We had a total of 8 window panes replaced due to fog inside the glass. Erik is a true professional and does an excellent job on site. It’s very obvious that customer service & satisfaction is his top priority. Highly recommend this business.
Excellent job! I had a cracked double pane window that was cracked all the way across on the inside. Glass Doctor sent Eric who went above and beyond to repair it. I’m super happy and so is my dog who likes to sit in this window. A local Lumber Yard company recommended Glass Doctor to me and I’m so glad they did.
Eric was our tech and he did a great job! Super fast, very convenient and easy. The match to our original window was perfect. Thanks for such an easy experience!
Great service and friendly! We had the seal broken on 2 windows. They had them fixed within less than a week.
We highly recommend Glass Doctor for all your windows needs. Eric measured the windows because the seals broke & was very friendly professional and very informative. He ordered the materials he needed & two weeks later came out & took care of our windows. Now they look beautiful just like brand new.😊 Best service…
Super helpful and knowledgeable team! They’re efficient, reliable, friendly, and provided a great experience. As a bonus, there are two small pups you get attacked by when you pay your bill. 10/10 would do again
Glass Doctor on NWI always does good work at a fair price. Replaced glass in our sliding glass door, a couple custom size double hung windows on the house and recently the windshield on my wife's Toyota. Good work and no B.S.
Eric was professional from beginning to end. Everything he presented before completing the project was executed, as he stated. It was great experience!
I had a residential window repair done by Glass Doctor of Northwest Indiana. I cannot express how happy I am with their service and professionalism. Did you know that most glass repair takes so much time because they have to order the glass? Glass doctor is able to make glass! Eric was able to fix my window in under…
Quick and friendly!
Great experience with Glass Doctor! If you have windows in your house where the seal has broken and you have "fog" between your panes, call these guys! 5 STAR SERVICE.
Keith was prompt, and did an excellent professional job. Both windows were completed quickly, great job. Happy to fix 2 25 yr old windows.
These guys are great! Super fast, efficient, friendly, honest. Bill and Nick did a great job and couldn't have been nicer and easier to work with. Thanks so much :)
We are a window cleaning business. One of our ladders accidentally scraped a pane as we were lowering the ladder. Glass Doctor immediately came out to look at the damage. They replaced the pane within a few days. The customer was happy so we were happy. They have helped us out in the past and we will continue to use them in the future.
Needed a double pane window repaired. Got a reasonable estimate, accepted it and set up a time for the repair. A few days later got a call from their office, saying the would be working down the street from us and would I mind if they did my repair later that day. The techs were very friendly and completed a quality…
Jake and Bill were great. On time, careful, explained the process. They were done in under an hour. Very reasonable pricing, easy to schedule.
