Had a car problem on 10/26/2026 and had to call Glenn's Towing to move the vehicle out of a busy intersection. Alyssa came very promptly and towed our vehicle to Huron Automotive. She was very helpful, friendly and used her battery pack to help diagnose our issue. Very polite and courteous employee!

The tow truck was there within 30 minutes of me breaking down. Conner was very nice and is skilled at what he does.

Conner helped tow my car on a Sunday morning. He was so kind, efficient, and respectful. I know nothing about cars and this was the first time getting it towed. He answered all my questions with patience and made me feel valued as a first time customer. Highly recommend! Shout out to Conner, he was AMAZING!

Conner was most definitely professional and had a very positive attitude. As much of a pain it was to get my car on the trucks, do to it not having the neutral button, he stay positive and pulled the car in place with ease. Great worker and will be going through you guys for tows and will probably request him again.

I had to deal with a very rude driver at a scene of an accident. I asked to haul the vehicle to our house which was not far away. The driver snapped at me and said why would you do that? Glenn’s is now the towing company of choice after Gorden’s help tonight. They showed up in 20 minutes, he took his time ensuring the car didn’t take on damage and made a stressful night end on a much more positive note. Seriously, shout out to Gorden!!

Ian was a really nice guy and amazing driver

They were great! My car starting throwing codes and I had to stop driving it due to it going into limp mode. I gave these guys a call and they came pretty fast. Cory was awesome, great to talk too and knows what he is doing. Will definitely use again if needed!
