Glenn's 24 HR Towing Inc

The tow truck driver Conner showed up earlier than expected and followed us to Huron Automotive so we could unload all our luggage and coolers from our Nissan Frontier to our other vehicle. He's a very conscientious and polite employee.

Arrived ahead of schedule. Clean, polite and friendly. And knowledgeable about Tesla’s.

Alyssa did a great job, was quick to assess the issue and got me on my way

Allyssa was great! We had a bucket truck in need of a tow and they were fast and very helpful!

It was 1:00 AM on a rainy night and I was driving an 75,000 # load when my Ujoint on the drive shaft broke. I couldn’t move an inch. We called Glenn’s towing who promptly dispatched Alyssa. I've had them tow my cars more times than I'd like to admit and they've done an exceptional job every time.

John is the best. He got the job done quickly and effectively. Local greenbay competitor went twice and rejected helping me out. John went over and beyond and even said if he couldnt get me out with the truck he had he would of gotten a bigger truck until the job was done. Highly highly recommend Glenns towing. Alyssa pulled me out of a snow pile after our wonderful 24" snow storm. Great personality and attitude! Thanks

I am an Uber driver that was dropping a rider off at an unplowed apartment complex out of town and got stuck in the entrance way drift. Not only were Conner and Aiden there in less than 15 minutes during the worst storm of the century, but they braved the conditions, hooked me up and pulled me out in NO time at all… Read full review

Lance and Logan came out to assist us when our Jeep Grand Cherokee broke down on the highway while we were towing our travel trailer. It was late on a Saturday afternoon, they got there as soon as they could, were very nice, knowledgeable in what they were doing and towed us to safety. The only issue was Good Sam… Read full review

Chris towed my truck. Very happy with the service and the price was reasonable. Only needed to go about 25 miles but the truck wasn’t going to drive itself there so this was my only other option. Chris showed up almost an hour earlier than expected and took great care hooking and towing it back to my shop of… Read full review

John towed our service truck professionally and efficiently.

My trailer’s torsion spring broke and the fender cut through one tire. Lance was the service technician that came out to assist me from Glen’s and he was awesome. He changed the tire but then decided to check the other tire and saw that it was just about cut through as well and said it would be better to tow the… Read full review

Well, I had to use Glenn’s towing again lol lock myself up the truck this time Adam came and let me in. He was very professional and there very quickly again I enjoyed using the service. Let’s cross our fingers I don’t have to use them again

I had to have a boat/trailer towed. It was a pretty difficult situation and Adam was vary careful and took his time to do it right! Thanks!

Great service, great people! Our dealership set us up with Glenn's, and a truck arrived within 15 minutes. The driver quickly and expertly loaded our car onto the truck. We switched drivers for the ride to the dealership. Both drivers were professional, skilled, and personable.

Super helpful and nice!!!

Adam was professional yet personable during a stressful car breakdown incident. Would highly recommend him and the company for anyone needing their services.

Adam did an excellent job in towing my vehicle. The car was very low to the ground and the rear tires had sunken into the mud. Very professional. A previous business refused to give me an estimate and were very unprofessional. Glenn's was a welcome relief at a time of my anxiety about moving my vehicle. They made… Read full review

He did a great job on getting me out of the grass . I couldn't get out at all.I would let people know about him and how good he was

Was very happy with Rocky’s service that he provided. Very reasonably priced, friendly and reassuring of destination of my vehicle. Thank you so very much!!! Next time I know who I’m calling!!!!

Wonderful to deal with - even with the unusual cars I’ve asked them to haul. Great attitudes, good prices, nice equipment. They didn’t mind at all when I was picky about tie down and pull locations. Thank you!

I don't know who the driver you sent out to tow a 2007 Ford 500 tonight but, I would like his name. Whoever you sent out was the Rudest, Nastiest and Most Unprofessional person I've interacted with in Years. (And that is coming from a former NY'er.) I've ran Businesses for over 40 years and, the Best Customer is a… Read full review
