Dan was so nice and is extremely good at what he does! Great communicator and after climbing up to the roof (2 stories!) in the middle of a heat wave (its been sweltering inside 😭) n having to toil with broken parts, he had the system up and running again a little shy of noon..very thankful for him and Godby…
Dan was amazing. He worked till he solved my problem and explained everything.

Tyree and his assistant did a great job. I feel very comfortable with their work and opinions!
Adam from Godby is an outstanding technician and performed major repairs on my AC on time and communicated all along the way. I highly recommend Adam.
Tyree was very professional and took the time to explain how our system works and what could be the possible problems. So glad it wasn’t a major repair and respect his honesty.
Adrian Ross was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained that everything was in good working order. He also took a few minutes out to say hello to my dog…lol.
Adrian came out and fixed our ac. Good guy and I asked for him to do another check in July.
Always the best experience possible with Godby - trustworthy, diligent, knowledgeable. Thank you!
Chris, our technician, was polite, knowledgeable, and informative regarding our air conditioning unit. He let us know that this year might be the last year 😞. The truth hurts. But he didn't push but asked if we wanted a quote and left it up to my husband and I to decide. I definitely appreciate that.
We have used Godby HPE to repair and service our aging furnace and AC for years. During that time, they performed professional, timely, and on-time repairs and services. When it was time to finally upgrade our system, they were our first choice based on their past performance. The entire process from estimating to…

Hottest day of the year and Godby got in in and fixed my AC that day. They very polite and respectful.
Tyree was on-time, friendly, and quick with the repairs. He clearly and fully described what was wrong with the system and what repairs were needed prior to proceeding, along with sharing the expected costs. Excellent representative of the type of business delivered by Godby HPE.
Tyree McGraw with Godby was very knowledgeable and efficient! Worth every penny I paid!

We call on Godby for all of our heating and plumbing needs. They are always professional, thorough, on time, and they do great work and stand behind it. Great job! In my opinion you can’t go wrong using Godby.
Kenny came out to our house yesterday and was able to get our A/C unit stood up on it's last legs for the rest of the summer. He helped me avoid what could have been a $1200+ repair. He spent nearly all day at our home getting the problem solved, Godby waived the labor and refunded me for an unnecessary A/C recharge…
Prompt friendly service. Had AC fixed in no time.
Godby was able to get me an appointment within 24 hours when my A/C went out this summer. Tyree called ahead and spoke with me to get some background information before arrival and arrived within 10 minutes afterwards. He was very professional and friendly and took the time to talk me through the issue and confirm the fix was working before leaving.
Stephanie was very informative and helped me get set up on annual maintenance schedule. Adam came to the house and completed a thorough AC inspection, repair and cleaning. Very knowledgeable team of professionals.
Godby replaced my heat pump and air handler. They were able to provide a good, quality system from a highly reputable brand at a competitive price. They installed the system within 48 hours of approval, and completed their work within a normal work day. They fully explained and reviewed their work with me upon completion. Overall they did an excellent job.
We have always had the best of service from Godby! Today continued that trend!
Always professional and polite! Knowledgeable staff, from the ones who answer the phone to the ones who come to my house! Love Godby!!!
